Hi we stayed in Room 1708 (7th floor) Premier Ocean Front Room.. we booked the swim up room but when we were there they offered us an upgrade for this room, additional $400 for 4 nights.. technically 100$ more a night☺️

muy mal servicio en recepcion (registro)... separamos y pagamos con mucho tiempo un paq todo incluido y nos dan un cuarto que no era con una sola cama cuando pagamos y estipulamos que serian 2 camas.... la disponibilidad de cuartos no es nuestro problema sino de la mala coordinacion en venta de servicios del mismo hotel... de hecho nos dieron despues de mas 3 horas de espera un cuarto con doble cama pero no funcionaba la tv.... a final de cuentas nos dijeron... les damos una tv en servicio y a las otras personas que les "tocaba" la habitacion doble que se echen un round tambien....como es esto?... durante las mas de 3 hrs en recepcion se reian entre los miembros del mostrador de recepcion de vernos sentados cansados del viaje y esperando a ver cuando nos atendian correctamente requieren de una renovacion de su mobiliario y sobretodo de su area de albercas poco funcionales... muy amontonado todo...alberca central. el servicio de atencion de bebidas en playa y alberca muy demasiado tardado...necesitan mas personal. de una de las chicas al hacer el check out...una delgadita rubia no tenemos nada que decir...nos atendio muy bien.
este hotel es muy viejo sus paquetes que ofrecen son una estafa son muy caros aguas con los pagos de anualidad no lo compren !!no asepten sus desayunos!!
Me fui siete días con mi familia y todo muy bien lo recomiendo
Entonces si me lo recomiendas nosotros quedamos en ir en septiembre tenemos membresía en este hotel

Yes I believe so, just booked through Airbnb for $80/night/person
You have to make a reservation, when you check in make sure to ask the reception.. and yes restaurants were all included in the all inclusive 😊
