That's not a basement, that's an apartment. Love it!!!!
that's not an apartment that is a HOUSE!!!!!!
It really is! I’d move in in a heartbeat 😉
This woman is phenomenal. Too much in this to list that she killed it on. My fav part is the wine display. Jaw dropping.
Karin Bennett is hands down the best designer featured on this channel IMO. What a great use of this space. Well done.
Thank you so much ☺️
One of the best designer out there. I would hire Karin.
This is a bungalow? Wow. This is beautiful and BIG. Very clever hide for the mechanicals.
Yes that was spot on ❤️and doesn’t have to cringe anymore that people would look at the mechanicals when ever doing laundry ! Brilliant
I love the bar at home but it still looks so classy with the tv on the back wall
Absolutely love this space. The layout is functional and the design is thoughtful - I could happily live just in the basement!
I've watched this video several times already.
The designer is phenomenal 👍🏼
The wine storage is stunning!
Really is! Looks like a high end restaurant. Creative use of that little area!
love the design of the fireplace with Television. One does not need a fireplace for warmth or cooking anymore it is only an architectural element now. Plus the TV is not going anywhere. So, to design the low and very narrow fireplace opening is attractive, functional & sensible. Sensible because you do not have to worry about designing for two focal points.
absolutely gorgeous, the use of space is so well done..best I have seen
love that very budget friendly but pretty gallery wall
So pretty! I would have done a built-in wardrobe right next to the outside door (for the skates, etc...) and shortened the bench a bit, but love it otherwise.
Great idea!
Love her work. My favorite designer on H&H.
Thank you 🙏🏻
U guys are right, it's really stunning. U guys did and excellent jop.👍
Love seeing Karin progress throughout the years.
Thank you! xo
STUNNING 😍
Jesus that's pretty. What a great job. Just stunning.

This is an amazing basement. I personally love the huge TV/fireplace wall! 👏👏
Beautiful.
Stunning!
Well done 👏🏽

THIS is a "bungalow" basement. ??? INSANE..cannot imagine what the actual house looks like!!!!
i love you guys work so much.
love from japan
Hello! Thanks for watching 🤍
My house would fit three times in this basement
Beautiful 😍
Love love love it very beautiful. I will like you guys to come and do my basement for me
Bennett. You're a legend!❤
Such an amazing job, bravo!
Omg ..its gorgeous
If this is the basement what’s the upstairs look like? Would love to see the rest of this home.
Is this Ontario's largest basement? This house is huge!
Stunning and practical ❤️
Basement landing wall where you get no light a dark paint and then fresh and white everywhere else is a cool idea, might steal it!
i have never ever heard anyone say i want my house to look like a hotel lounge. also these folks really like their family.
Excellent!
So beautiful 😍
Very nice!
that's a hole second home in one 😳wow 🤑
It kinda is 😉
fabulous
Love the video!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Very nice, if this is the basement what does the rest of the home look like.
Cool
💚💕ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!!💕💚
When can I move in please?🥺😭
I live in California and it's very rare for homes here to have basements.
How big is this house?? That basement is massive for Toronto standards
This is in Dundas, Ontario.
This basement is 2000 SF.
Hi Karin! I'm curious about the wall covering in the games room @4:01. It resembles a mens' fine wool suiting fabric with a pinstripe.
Great eye. That is the wallpapers inspiration, men’s suiting! It’s a vinyl coverings so super family friendly.
Where are the couch and leather chairs from?
Beautiful work!
Sectional is custom. Chairs are from our trade supplier.
Love the kitchen! It would be perfect if it had a stove :(
Quite a gorgeous setup, but there doesn’t seem to be much seating for the kids if they want to watch movies.
The sectional is really large and the chairs swivel too :)
@@karinbennett9671 I missed that. Thanks for answering!
Can you share cost?
Where do you go to dip the fabric? I have kids and a white sofa no one can use and that's a waste of money.
Fabric is dipped before the furniture is constructed.
@@karinbennett9671 what is the fabric called?
This lady sorta looks like Kelly Ripa.
😂🥰
Good lord, what do these people do for a living??
Get goodtoo
The bench top and cupboard doors immediately look dated
could only afford goodwill for art but they have a 75"" TV, wine cellar, 2nd kitchen, game room, etc? ugh rich people.
You seem like a ray of sunshine 🙄
I always love a good high/low mix 😚
Take a shot every time she says, “ moody”....!
😂😂
the way theyre living in north america is really absurd...
This seems gluttonous.
Gorgeous.
