So many great updates and lovely changes throughout - really stunning! I think my favorite is the kitchen. The cabinets and light fixture are gorgeous! Sublime!
I really enjoyed this home tour, and thought the design work and styling was next level. I don’t think most people realize the blood, sweat, tears and sheer genius that would go into a design project of this calibre. As always, Reiko Caron’s expert presentation skills made this video entertaining, informative and extremely inspiring. I loved the follow up video, and quickly filled several shopping carts! Thank you Reiko, the videos you host are always my favourite : )
yuck, all white no color no charm no different from any other all neutral bland space. how did we ever get to this being interior design. blah. and yuck.
Beautiful work by The Bespoke Group. I was screaming laughing when she went to the seafood restaurant look! LOL All in good fun!!! Very nice renovation. Feels like a home, not a naked white box with furniture no one enjoys.
Beautiful renovation but I honestly think the “before” is charming and full of characters. Just needed a little bit of tweaks and tidying up and better camera angles and it could have been in a magazine too :p
So fun to see. But it begs the question about costs for reno (workmanship plus materials), major appliances, furnishings and accessories, consulting fees. It seems the sum total might be more than the purchase price of the home and property to begin with.
This kind of renovation ain't cheap. But if you plan on living in your renovated home the value will make it worth it in time. Also, with how our real estate works in the GTA...value goes up fast. I spent $70k> on renovations in my condo and my condo is already valued $400k above my original purchase price post renovations and due to location.
I know I am in the minority, but I absolutely love 90's home decor. To me, it feels welcoming and charming. I feel like whenever I try to research ideas on how to get a 90's decor, all I ever hear about is 90's-styled houses getting a modern makeover. I see lots of ideas on home decor ideas from an even more vintage decade, like the 20's, but never one on the 90's. I wish people appreciated 90's decor more.
House looks great! Where did you get the large picture in the on suite bath? I know your video said Celadon but no nice wall art to be found on the website 🤷🏻♀️
Love this video!! Could you share which retailers carry Sunpan products? I would like to get the dinning table in this video, but not sure which retailers to look. Thank you!!
I also noticed the uncomfortable distance between the dining room and the kitchen, although I loved the interior design, the light and the aesthetics of the whole house
Lovely space but not their best work. The master bedroom is lackluster. I expected more of a reveal along the lines of 2BDesignandBuild. Lovely, but not a wow factor.
I thought they said "gold and brass" accents were going out of style? It's a genuine question because I abstained from using gold because of this statement by some youtubers.
It's pretty but not that functional for a large family. The powder room/laundry combo will cause problems when you need to switch the laundry from the washer to the dryer and there's someone using the toilet. Also creating a younger kid's room where the attached bath is located doesn't make sense. The "teen room" should be the one with the attached bath. I can hear the fights now. With all that white I can see the painted walls looking a mess within a year if the family has younger kids. Also, though it likely couldn't be helped due to the original layout of the home, the dining room so far from the kitchen creates more work for hosting.
Lastly, it doesn't feel very warm or inviting to me and I'm not a fan of painted brick unless it's had obvious repairs that need to be covered. I think changing the doors and the trim color would have done wonders without the white paint that will also date itsself.
There's something about this home that's a little too "perfect" and trendy. A bit soulless if I'm being honest. Like everything just came right out of a catalogue. It's objectively "beautiful" but I don't get a sense of who lives here or the personality of the owners.
I love The Bespoke Group's design style, it's always clean, sleek, and sophisticated.
These two videos are fabulous. They have an understated, quiet elegance about them. I love the neutral whites..soft and feminine.
Wow, just even painting the outside brick was a major enhancement!
I feel like that white painted brick and charcoal shingles is as very overplayed and getting over saturated now tbh.
@@CDankies Really? This is the first time I've ever seen someone having painted the outside of their brick home.
The brick was way better
Lov the flow and aesthetic of this home. Airy, bright, sophisticated and approachable. Love that it’s a two-parter: the reveal and the deals!

This is one of the best whole house (all interior levels and the exterior) makeovers I have seen. Amazing!!
yuck, all white no color no charm no different from any other all neutral bland space. how did we ever get to this being interior design. blah. and yuck.
Wow wow WOW! Beautiful house ! Love your ideas and color palette!!! So crisp, modern and glamorous!!! Bravo !
My circa 2004 home needs a refresh as well. This one is gorgeous!
A fabulous renovation. The only additional that I would have done, is new and lower windows in the bedrooms and office.
Fabulous remodel
A breath of fresh air. Absolutely beautific
The entryway is stunning! Great job throughout!
Beautiful work by The Bespoke Group. I was screaming laughing when she went to the seafood restaurant look! LOL All in good fun!!! Very nice renovation. Feels like a home, not a naked white box with furniture no one enjoys.
UNREAL!!! love this transformation
Very beautiful transformation, chic design.
Beautiful renovation but I honestly think the “before” is charming and full of characters. Just needed a little bit of tweaks and tidying up and better camera angles and it could have been in a magazine too :p
Not sure House & Home would ever feature a home with an indoor hot tub 🤔
Stunning! Every room is fabulous.
GORGEOUS home!
Gorgeous make over
Oh my, Gorgeous!
Love this host. She seems like a chaotic order

Exactly what I need. Thank you!!
So beautifully modern
Fantastic job, looks like a new home, interior to exterior. loved his house tour.
An amazing transformation.
I would really love to live there!!!😍😍😍
Incredible work👏
Simply beautiful
Colour is amazing for change . Love it’s 💖

Because modern is an improvement of 90s decor.....20s decor is mysterious and vintage
You are not alone in thinking so. For example, I happened to end up here for the very same reason that you mention.
LORD THIS CHANNEL JUST AMAZES ME😄
Literally a dream home
I'll def be calling on the Bespoke Group to navigate my next reno.
Stunning! 🙌
It is soooo gorgeous!!! 😍😍😍
Beautiful home!😀
Absolutely stunning 😍
so... if you have a formal dinner, you have to move or carry all the meals through the foyer ... very practical.
This is beautiful ❤️
Wowww stunning
Your designs are amazing ✨✨✨
Beautiful!

Love love love! Beautiful neutral pallette with modern finish. The location is gorgeous too!
Love this
Gorgeous! 😍
Reiko is such a mood ☺️
👋🏼 ☺️
Wow! just Wow!
this is how my home will look exactly 💯
Beautiful 🤩
Well done!
Love this video!! Could you share which retailers carry Sunpan products? I would like to get the dinning table in this video, but not sure which retailers to look. Thank you!!
Luv It🧡🤩
I LOVE this transformation. Could you share what the flooring is in the basement? Thank you!
Fantastisch 😍 🥰
Beautiful ❤️
Dear, lord I see what you done for other; just grant me the funds to I can update my future house like this.
I love it!
Are we not yet over white on white on white?
But so much ✨wallpaper✨ ☺️
Never 😂
Looks great
Wow nice 👍
I love the home. Just wished there was a link for the lightings.
Most are available through Union lighting.
Love it
Does anyone know where the kitchen island grey seats are from?! I like that they aren’t bar stools! Lol
What brand or model Fridge is that please, Thanks!
It's Samsung's smart refrigerator with Hub display screen.
@@thebespokegroup6246 thank you
Just wowww
Please share where was the chandelier in the kitchen purchased?
Wonder how much it costs fully furnished.
I really liked the aesthetics of this house. However, having the large dining room so far away from the kitchen seems like it would be inconvenient.
I also noticed the uncomfortable distance between the dining room and the kitchen, although I loved the interior design, the light and the aesthetics of the whole house
Where did you get the black and white artwork in the basement and the black and white stripe rug in basement please
The rug is Ikea, the artwork is Renwil (trade only).
It could be useful to know the budget of this wonderful makeover
How much was the remodeling?
Not arguing that it needed a refresh. But I'll lay you odds that this update will be outdated in a very few years.
The space is beautiful. My only thought was that the foyer seemed very cold with that porcelain tile for my taste. But stunning otherwise.
Just scrolled through this, so does anyone know how much this ended up costing?
Beautiful job, but I'm sure it cost an arm and a leg!!
I was thinking that too. What is the bespoke group? Hope they’re not flippers
I would guess 400k including the furniture but might be more.
@@jeffc9119 Eeek, that would be steep; perhaps better off just getting a new place then?!
I'm glad the homeowners upgraded from a nautical theme to a Peewee's Playhouse theme. I'm getting mean! 😂
😂🤣 come on!
My house looks like the before version lol
Forgot to mention that the roof was redone in a different color.
Not really loving that choice of porcelain tile for the entry and fireplace wall
How much does it cost? Must cost $300k?
Currently listed at $2.75M ✨
😍👏
👍👍👍👍
No sauna?
👏👏👏
Lovely space but not their best work. The master bedroom is lackluster. I expected more of a reveal along the lines of 2BDesignandBuild. Lovely, but not a wow factor.
Am I the only one who prefers how it looked before? I mean then it looked warm and welcoming and like someone actually lived there lol.
I thought they said "gold and brass" accents were going out of style? It's a genuine question because I abstained from using gold because of this statement by some youtubers.
Cool metals are coming back but that doesn’t mean that warm metals are out. It’s all about context and shape.

Gorgeous but imho too many gold accents. This will date quickly
not a fan of the hallway / fireplace tiles or the gold touches (taps etc.) they will date and the patterns don't even match up.
It's ginormous 😳 How is that even sustainable?? Living needs to get smaller, we only have so much planet and resources 😥
I think it is pretty now but will become dated very quickly.
did you just say 'design-ed'?
Maybe 🤔
I guess this look is the trend because they all look like this these days. It’s beautiful but boring.
There's something about this home that's a little too "perfect" and trendy. A bit soulless if I'm being honest. Like everything just came right out of a catalogue. It's objectively "beautiful" but I don't get a sense of who lives here or the personality of the owners.
It’s for sale, that’s why it is kept fairly void of personality.
Too much talking, just show the beautiful home.
