When my husband passed away suddenly, I was jobless with 2 schooling boys!!
My rich brothers n their wives, left after the funeral!
Even my mother was considering us a burden!!
But, our Chinese Friends were there to help us in every way possible!!
Singapore government was helping us with our housing!
My unmarried sister helped us too!
No help from any Indian Associations too.
Not one single relative visited us from then on!!
Today my Sons are Aviation Engineers!
All thanks to the Government, and Chinese Business Men who supported their education!!
Two brothers are dead, two brothers were kicked out by their own children!
That sister in-law is the best representation of my sisters in law!!
Today, I and my boys are very happy n well settled!!
