I went out to prove that you can place my new fishing base and also farm for a tier 3 and AK in one day while relaxing! This was just to show proof of concept. I hope you all enjoy! Please let me know down in the comments how I can improve! Thank you!

Wow ok, I was waiting until the fish was on line before opening door, big mistake!!! Saw you open door almost immediately, now it works for me. Thanks man for the clever and fun method, hopefully they dont patch this. It's not as easy as selling horse shit, so they should keep it because it's more of a skill building it than an exploit.
also people overcrowd the vendor to sell the horse manuer making it obsolete often times but their are multiple fishing vendors!! thankfully
@booboomush, great video to highlight the strength of you base. The fact that you can run a half value excavator from the safety of your own base is demonstration of achievement at perfecting meta at rust.

how long did the fishing take for you to get all that scrap needed?

Ah fk Im sorry ill update the description. sorry. This took me about 7 to about 7 1/2 hours. could have done this way faster but I had to take care of things and go afk.

You should turn off hurt flash in the options
Hey booboomushu I think this got patched . Can you do an update ? The door controller can now only be placed like a code lock which makes it underwater.
You dont have to use the door controller anymore i think
Looks like this doesnt work anymore? bobble doesnt get moved by the door now
I made it today and it still works. Except for the door controller which is not needed anymore
Any suggestions on how to make this idea console friendly. we don't have the wall signs in CRust

I was able to make it work on console just need to steer the bobber away from the gap, defintiely takes some finesse but do able. Thanks for this build It is easy to follow and make happen
Someone went full deep in my base and locked the doors too. So I quit bruh. I made silly mistake.

I hope you make another one of these with a cool water base design. in another location near your fish shack. Become a sea king lol. setup a sam and turret zone lol. Get raided lol defeat the tug boat clan with sub lol. hahahaha full pirate king.
How long did it take you to get all bps
About 8 hours. I didnt get every single bp. I B lined it to ak/bolt
