    The summers are so hot that it isn't abnormal to get electric bills in excess of $800, and water is scarce now too, and groceries are more expensive as well.

      Hi Dee, it does get hot in the summer. Thank goodness my electric bill has never been over $400 for our $1,800 Sq ft house with a pool and jacuzzi. Yes, I think inflation is making everything so expensive.

    I think I can handle the heat but I don't know about the winter temps. What's the average low?
