I recently bought my first Margaux bag. I bought the Margaux Geo 15 in gold eel skin! 😻🤩🙌🏽🥳 I saw it on TRR website and grabbed it! 🤯 I have never seen another one like it and absolutely LOVE it 🥰 Gold 🌟 is a neutral color for me, so it’s perfect! The eel skin is so soft and shiny yet extremely durable and doesn’t scratch! 🥳 It’s lined in black leather and can fit a ton (including a 15-inch laptop and tons of other stuff). Looking forward to my next Margaux bag purchase! 🥳😂 Thanks so much for your amazing videos on The Row! 🙏🏽💗

Thank you Neelam for your review. I am 5'2", and I liked when you modeled with the bag. You helped me determine the scale of the Margaux bag. It is a very functional design: I can put a tablet, a makeup bag, my cell phone, my sketchbook, my pill case, and my foldable flat shoes with their felt bag in a Margaux.

Love your Row reviews! I had no idea you are 5ft2. I'm just now starting to look at Row pieces for their quality and minimalistic style. I always thought at 5ft3 they wouldn't work on me. Good to see that it looks great on you at a similar height!
They do work on smaller frames. The designers themselves are quite petite!

Have you tried the new 15 canvas + leather marguax bag? Have seen it online at the Row's website and authorized retailers but so far no has written a review. Trying to find 15 marguax with the resilience of the pebble leather but with a stiffer structure.

@@agb2181 not sure how easy it is to get in and out because I haven’t tried it but it seems practical if you don’t mind the strapless factor.

You’re welcome! Re the Devon, I have a couple of posts on Instagram about it. I really like the large Devon because it’s a slouchy bag. Soft and collapses. The smaller one is rigid and I don’t prefer that shape.

My only concern is if it's gonna be heavy... doesn't have a shoulder strap

Can you summarize your opinion in the Margaux Geo again? I’m very interested in that style. ❤
The Geo is nice and simple. Clean. I think it’s a great third or fourth option. If this is your first Margaux, I prefer the classic because of the style/details. The side buckles, the seam around the bag, soft edges.

Hi Neelam! Love your videos, super helpful. I found the Margaux 15 for $2600 in black suede so I went for it and ordered (EBay authenticity program). I love the look and of course the price but as I’m waiting for it to arrive, I’m now panicking about practicality. I watched your videos and know you talked about the pebbled leather being best in terms of wear and tear.
In your experience, is the suede super difficult to maintain/keep looking nice?I would want to use it as my daily work bag for my laptop etc. If it’s something where it’s going to look a mess with daily use, I may return and bite the bullet on the price to just buy one of the more durable pebbled leather ones you talked about in your videos.

I have the suede and it’s more delicate and never looks smooth (nature of suede). Rain is an issue of course and overall it’s more delicate. I don’t use it day to day but I still think you can. You just need to accept that it will get scuffed and bald a little at the handles. For the price you paid, I’d keep it. It’s a rich looking bag in the suede.

What does EW stand for with the Margaux bags? There are two that look the same at different price points and they don’t have their dimensions listed for those.
EW is East West which is a more rectangular version of the Margaux.
@@NeelamAhooja What do you think of the stamped saddle leather versus the grained saddle leather. I noticed the stamped is $800 cheaper. I don't think I've seen anyone with the stamped one yet.

Not naive! Good question - I price shop. Matches consistently has excellent prices but it’s always a nice experience shopping in a Row boutique if you can access one. Online is great too - check return policies.

I realize how lucky I am. There was a time I couldn’t afford it and I don’t recommend stock piling- I’m hoping to help people choose one. Since TR doesn’t gift, it’s an “investment”. I really do love this particular style (have for a very long time). My husband is 😳 at my collection. I part with them from time to time to make room for other things.
