I appreciate your reviews so much! I bought the zip boots a while ago, and I remember sitting on the bedroom floor, battling with the zip because it was so stiff, and I said out loud 'Neelam, you weren't actually kidding, were you?!' 😂
😂 and mine are still a bit stiff! Happy these reviews help! 🥰
I just added these shoes on my wishlist! Much needed review!
So happy to hear this! I really love them. They’re so cool☺️
after finally watching your review, i'm so happy i ended up purchasing these. i have the zipped boots in dark brown suede and had been considering getting a black pair since they're so comfortable, but the introduction of the robin quickly solved that dilemma for me! love your reviews, and would love to hear your thoughts on the sporty backpack or the bindle three bags.
Thank you! The sport backpack is really cool - I just find that the strap is a little too long for me :). I’ll be reviewing the Bindle soon. That is a gorgeous bag!
Thanks Neelam, That was a great review! I saw them on sale at My Theresa! They are so cool! Have you tried the 1/2 size down? I have a narrow foot, I'm wondering what the length is like in the 1/2 size down?
I haven’t but I imagine they’d be ok because my zipped boots are a size 36.
Thank you 🙏🏻
love your videos, you should vlog your paris trip
I’ve thought about doing that - the only issue is I was so busy being present that I didn’t take enough footage! 😆
I could share some of my experience here by way of a short chat for sure.
@@NeelamAhooja omg yes! And maybe a review? I would love to hear your point of view, loved your Ig stories! I enjoy your content so much!
@@ferranmensa3500 so happy you enjoy it! Thank you for the follow 🥰
I just got these in white. Overall love the shoes style, but like you said, my heels slip off when I walk. But I can’t go half a size smaller cuz length would be too short.
Yes that’s an issue :(. Any blisters?

nah, those are just wrong, shoes and boots are supposed to accentuate one's good features and make a lady look elegant, those boots, to call them Chelseas is to stretch the term, make normal size feet look gigantic, not a desirable silhouette.
Why do we need to look like “ladies”? In fact, I like them especially because it challenges those stereotypes.
@@NeelamAhooja I didn't say you need to look like "ladies", I said ladies (and gentlemen) are supposed to look elegant. To try to look your best isn't about stereotyping, it's about standards of aesthetics rooted in philosophy, math, proportions, symmetry etc., to a degree in biology, too.
@@toobalkain I don’t think everyone wants to look elegant all the time. Sometimes we want a stomp around boot that looks edgy and cool. I guess it comes down to what a person wants and how they prefer to style it. As for symmetry - I embrace asymmetry. I find it more interesting. These boots certainly aren’t for everyone, but they’re a great conversation starter. 😉
@@NeelamAhooja As are face tats and having half the head shaved off with a green mohawk in the centre of the other half, edgy af. Maybe I'm getting old but to my eye understated luxury beats trying to be cool and edgy.
I wasn't saying everything should be symmetrical, that can be boring, kinda like wearing a pocket square matching one's tie or having a perfectly symmetrical tie knot, good outfits tend to have a bit of nonchalance about them, trying too hard is counterproductive. Oversized boots remind me of a bow tie, they will inevitably draw the eye to them and prevent the look from blending together, do you want to be remembered as the well dressed gal or the gal with the giant boots?
@@toobalkain I’m not sure I care if someone remembers me as the gal with the giant boots or not. I truly dress for me. Even my husband doesn’t always appreciate my outfits and that’s ok, so long as I do. I get your point on balance. I don’t think my style, overall, is loud. Quite the opposite actually. If I wear something that’s a little more conspicuous, the rest of the outfit gets quieter.
It was enjoyable chatting with you. I need to be challenged like this a little more in my life. It gets me thinking.
Oh and I agree on face tats and shaved heads! Def not for me but if someone else wants to rock them- power to them!
