Seems like I've found my helmet! I'm a bit bummed out that they don't have a new version with ECE 22.06 cert., but it is what it is. It seems good! Are there channels for glasses?
@@nogaragerequired that's great to hear. I only recently (November 2023) started wearing glasses, so I usually forget to ask about that. Thanks for the quick answer, though!
Nice job, only thing I would like on this lid is a double D for fastening the strap. I'm a bit old school and an Arai man, however they don't look like they're gonna make a modular ADV helmet anytime soon, if ever.
good day. when you close the chin piece piece. then it will not click into the lock. you can close that properly with one hand. by grabbing the chin piece with your hand and pulling your helmet closed with your thumb under the chin strap.
its 1.9kg pretty heavy but I have the peak on and the pillock fitted which will up the weight slightly. Once its on my head I don't really notice the weight.
@@nogaragerequired if you could let me know, I could cancel the order in time. 😁It's the one feature that made me return a Caberg helmet for not having it.
@@nogaragerequired hey not to bother you, but do you think you could check to see if the peak is adjustable? My order still hasn't shipped and I could save myself some bother if I cancel it now. 😊

I don’t think there are proper channels but I’ve been wearing my glasses fine with no pressure points.

Thanks for the honest review. Melbourne, Australia. Good health.
Thank you for your review. It helps me to decide which modular helmet I buy. Hjc c80 is a winner 🎉.
I’ve been happy with it so far.

Anyone know whether the visor aperture height is higher than standard road HJC helmets?
Hi! Thx for review! Could you please tell the size of your head in cm? You said this helmet is size L, so I wonder how it fits you?
I’m 59cm so I’d say the helmet runs true to size. Size L for HJC is 58-59cm.
@@nogaragerequired thanks ;)
What is the weight of this Large size helmet? Thank you in advance

@@nogaragerequiredI’ve just ordered one…..I hope I get a pillock with it….haha
Can the peak be adjusted to different heights?
It’s a fixed height.
@@nogaragerequired Damn, thanks for answering. Just ordered after another commenter said it's movable.
@@HypeRapEnjoyer maybe I’m wrong and didn’t figure out how? It felt like it only clipped in to one position. I’ll have to try again now.

thx/ what air plugs do you use ?
I just use simply foam plugs, I lose them a lot so cheap foam plugs for me.
Is the peak removable on this?
Yes it’s really easy to move.
