In fact, the OnePlus 12R is this year's flagship killer. The OnePlus 12 is a true flagship that was designed to compete with the Samsung Galaxy s24 ultra ect. Frankly, I wish people would stop using the term "flagship killer". It's a bit of an antiquated remnant of the company's earlier days. At any rate, I too purchased my OnePlus 12 in silky black. In addition, I ordered the 16 gigabytes of RAM with 512 gigabytes of storage version. I've been using it since February and it runs silky smooth. I paired it with an OEM aramid carbon fiber bumper case and a black tempered glass camera module protector from Z-King. The combination gives my 12 a futuristic race car look.
@@dr.fitprofessor1970 yeah that's an excellent point, The OnePlus 12R I feel is often overlooked and has even better value in many aspects. I never owned a OnePlus device prior to this, but the term "flagship killer" just happened to come to mind when I was saving over $600 by switching from my Samsung and actually getting an upgrade in many aspects. I just find it so mind-blowing that there is actually high quality devices from the likes of OnePlus and some other phone manufacturers out there.

@@brynertech I am former Apple IPhone user but from OnePlus 7t pro to Oneplus 12 I am still using OnePlus devices & My secondary Phone is Google Pixel 7 pro.
I own the pearl white one after having owned a OP 8 Pro I donated to my mother. Excellent phone except that they should have reduced the size of the screen curve a bit more. The Vivo X100 Ultra might be a better phone but at a much steeper price.
@@brynertechno offense, I don't put pixel devices in the same category as phones like the Samsung Galaxy s24 ultra or the OnePlus 12. At the end of the day, Google pixel devices use tensor chipsets; high tier mid-range performance. The hardware may be flagship level but, there's not much under the hood.

I'm so in love with my s24 ultra but the one plus 12 is def a great buy ❤
You can't go wrong either way. Although, you'll save an awful lot of money purchasing a OnePlus 12.
