Recipe name- Kanda bhajia
preparing time- 10 minutes

Onion- 7 medium
Green chili- 2 nos
Ginger- 1inch
Garlic-6-7 cloves
Green coriander - 3 tbsp
Salt- to taste
Chat masala- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 ts
Baking soda- 2 pinch
Red chili-1/2 tsp
Cumin-1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds- 1/2 tsp
Ajwain -1/2 tsp
Black pepper- 6-7 nos
Besan-8-9 tbsp
Rice flour-1 tbsp
Hing-1/4 tsp
Lemon-1 small
