I wish he did it more often, I discovered Jobby thanks to the Megaman X figure review. Sadly views are views and transformers is what most of his audience wants to see, so its just how it goes.

The Madoka videos are what got me into watching Jobby in the first place. While I don’t know if there are any more Madoka specific figures out there worth reviewing (maybe from Magica record?), I think a mix of transformers and anime based figure reviews would be cool!
Spoilers for MHA I love how the other Quirks that're held within One For All grant Izuku some abilities like Spider-Man. Black Whip acts as the webs/an entity like Vemon and Danger Sense is just the Spider Sense. The obvious nudges towards Spider-Man and his abilities are here because the creator of MHA (whose name I'm blanking on rn) sees Spider-Man as a true hero.

To be honest if you just want the first deku hero outfit get the figma but if you want his suit from season 3 to 5 then the revoltech is the best but if you his air force gauntlets get custom parts for the revoltech or get the model kit
I got the Yamaguchi Deku a few months back. It’s a phenomenal figure, but the one I revived had a defect where his left arm will fall out extremely easy. However, I would still say it’s quite an AMAZING figure.
This is what I love to see, so refreshing to see reviews not just transformers related (tho I still love the videos) and not only that as a somewhat follow up to the All Might review, AND NOT ONLY THAT but a double review of the same character! I’ll admit I much prefer the amazing Yamaguchi because I’ve been really not liking Figma. As of late they really been lacking in the accessories department (not counting DX versions that not every figure has)

In the last few years, Deku's become one of my most favorite anime characters of all time! He's a far more relatable than any other Shonen protagonist that came before, with the exception of Akira Fudo from the original Devilman manga. He's like a combination of elements of Spider-Man, Captain America, Kamen Rider, and Superman in one! Also, I love his friendships with Ochako (I ship them. No matter the cost!), Iida (this guy just cracks me up with his antics) and Todoroki (he's so smart, yet so socially awkward at the same time), and Deku's bond with his Dad, All-Might (All-Might is best Dad!). Seriously, considering his biological father is never around, All-Might might as well be Deku's real Dad. Great review as always! I might try and get ahold of the Figma season 1 Deku, since I like his first costume better than the upgraded versions that came later. It has that classic cheesy comicbook charm of a lot of Superheroes' first costumes. Like Superman's costume in the 1940s cartoons, Spider-Man's costume in Amazing Fantasy #15, and the Iron Man Mark 1 Armor, just to give a few examples. Plus, I like that Deku's Mom made his first costume. It's really sweet. That said, I love his Stealth Costume from the World Heroes Mission movie. Now, that's a cool upgrade! Too bad he only wore it for 2 minutes of screen time! Also, I love his Vigilante look and current costume in the manga a lot! FINALLY got the color balance right! Can't wait for them to make figures of those designs.
Honestly glad to see these kinds of reviews again. I got into the channel in the first place by watching reviews of the Madoka figmas and the Digimon SH Figuarts, and while the latter has a new line with the PCE releases I don't think the former has much new stuff to review these days. But still, I'd love to see more of these kinds of reviews, always love going back to them and would really enjoy seeing them again like this one. Maybe the Figure-Rise Standard or Amplified model kits of Digimon could be cool to see- I have WarGreymon, MetalGarurumon, Machinedramon and Beelzemon, and every last one has been a blast to own (and would make for great review material in this style). Or just anime figures in general, or the Kaiju figures. Can't wait to see a dig at how easily the SH MonsterArts 2004 Godzilla falls apart, or just any of the kind of stuff that piques your interest in general. I had a lot of fun with the SH Figuarts Alphamon that re-released recently too. All in all I'd love to see those again if you wanna make them again, keep doing what you love, man, I'm all here for it either way.

I most usually watch you for you than what you're reviewing except for the entire evangelion reviews (including your movie review!) since I'm more into anime stuff than transformers. This was a welcome change for me, and I feel is much better for it not being another transformers video. Not saying they're bad, but I enjoy the variety, also it's something I'm into!

While I liked some deku figures I was a little miffed that most didn't come with a masked head. The figma did but it was a preorder exclusive with certain retailers. Luckily on the reissue they offered that as well. I wonder if revoltech would do a reissue of his more 'darker' form that appears later in the series
I’ve never been much of a big fan of MHA. I was once but I sorta dropped the anime after the third season because personally things began to felt dry and repetitive. But another great review as usual! These figures are still pretty neat.
One thing I dislike about Deku's design is that he just never wears the cowl. I love his big ol' Wakfu Eliatrope bunny ears. This is like if you had Batman that never wears his mask. And the fact that Deku has the cowl hanging off all the time but never puts it on just adds insult to injury.

Seeing Deku and All Might together really puts into perspective why Deku said All Might was drawn in a different style in the first book.
