Kgadile Masemola the ESP controls the Speed of the wheels and this golf lost traction and the ESP slows the wheels down for traction. And then you can hear this Sound
I don’t know if it’s the downpipe that’s making the difference but the APR one sounds so much more aggressive although it’s sound is slightly subdued as compared to the Akra

Ayoub TS2JZ that’s partly down to the THAT car not having the dsg tune on it. It was stage 1, now stage 2 with pops and bangs/ ignition impulse map on it....and a dsg tune so things like 1:30 won’t happen

Once you have an exhaust it doesn’t really matter I don’t think. But…if you’re choosing one, product support/ warranty is important. The one you’ve mentioned sounds ok, never heard of it being stocked in the uk though.
I wanna get the APR catback with the downpipe, but I don't think you'll hear the pops and crackles with Stage 1. Are the Golfs you used in the videos tuned?

They are the only company (I think in the world) who have had the exhaust system for the 7.5 as an Akrapovic aftermarket option. I don’t think there will be any possibility to get this again. List price is £3,500 from vw is £3,500. It’s discounted currently at awesome...hope that helps.

Tshepok Moeketsi cheapest, res delete. Next non resonated system. Most expensive stage 2 with pops and bangs fully decatted or sports cat finally fully built engine and with stage 3 turbo. Akrapovic is still your best option with res delete. It sounds nuts.
Love my R but they really don’t sound good regardless of exhaust or dp. Worse than any other generation...that even includes GTI’s. Bet exhaust of any golf/GTI/R was the mk4 vr6. Now that’s an eargasm sounds better than cars 5 times it’s price
Eüro Nasty I disagree. It’s a different era. Forced induction will never sound as good as NA v6 but these set ups are nice enough and comparable...just different
I'm think you missed the point I was trying to make or I don't get what you, specifically. I didn't say anything about exhaust notes of NA vs turbo cars. It's pretty common knowledge that NA cars sound different than turbo cars. When I say "they don't sound good", it's specifically in comparison to all the previous gens -and in that context - it's also common knowledge that the mk7's Achilles heel is it's exhaust note and that it has the least attractive exhaust note of the most popular previous gen engines. The mk7's exhaust isn't ugly or terrible by any means. They sound pretty decent compared to other 4 bangers of 2017/2018. However, it's not even in the same universe as a mk3, mk4 or mk5 vr6 equipped car, or a mk4 1.8T, or a mk6 R with a Milltek turbo back exhaust. By the way, the vr6 doesnt sound that good just because its NA. My vr6 sounded even better once I turbocharged it. It's the unique firing order of the vr6 that gives it that unmistakable exhaust note. Lasatly, I hope you don't really believe that the mk7's sounds " comparable" to vr6's and 1.8T's or mk6 R's with a Milltek turboback with a 3" race/track edition cat-back. To be comparable 2 things need to be in the same ballpark at least haha. All that jazz aside, you should upload more often man! Cheers mate

AJ contact awesome gti, fitted prices aren’t that bad. Depends what you want from a car. The car backs transforms them though.

Both Had a down pipe running stage 2, one with out the tcu tune hence the clutch slip
