In Canada we got the best coming out of the States and England via the CBC. It's quite a breeding ground for comic talent. John Candy, Martin Short, Eugene Levy, Dave Thomas, Rick Moranis, Cathrine O Hara, Andrea Martin, Harold Ramis, Dan Akroyd among others.
He gets a little sentimental at parts with his act. It shows that he knew he was on his way out sooner rather than later. A lot of these jokes were in the netflix special except here he had an audience and the jokes benefit massively. It is a cruel fate that Norm was deprived of his audience by the lockdowns before he died.
So little of Norms standup actually exists in recorded form for consumption. I know why...he's explained it...but it deserves to be preserved. Love you Norm.

But saying "stuff to stuff" is funny because it takes the somber, serious nature of death, and the sacred nature of the 'dust' that made us, and crassly calling it 'stuff', which has a connotation of worthlessness or trash.
