There is also a type of cancer specifically in the penis the prevails mostly, if not completely in those who are uncircumcised (there are minimal to no reported cases of it in people without foreskin). Doctors also suggest that for infants, you "do what the father has" to avoid "early questions" since the son usually sees the fathers penis while toilet training. But yeah people have their own opinions about whether it should be considered mutilation, as the foreskin has added pleasure. As a female I don't have a concrete stance on the topic though, just saying the facts
