That pouch bag is a bag. It wasn’t toiletry bag/dopp kit/lunchbox shaped, that’s why it was so brilliant and simple for people to bring them out as a bag bag/turn them into going out bags. Even my LV Gaston wearable wallet bag is shaped like the toiletry bag

It has a zipper & tag similar to the authentic one. however mine had a dark caramel thin layer of like plastic coating on the interior & it flaked right off as i was cleaning it. I wonder if mine is a fake or maybe they actually used to come with coated fabric interior back in the day.
