Much higher proportions of fast twitch muscles. That's why even their forwards often have lethal footwork and fends, as well as good speed for their size. These guys can officially say they have been hit by a bus and survived
Nah dis channel deserves millions of subs
What a beast athlete..bumps off defenders like the great Jonah
He is more vicious and faster than Lomu
Lomu played now days with all sports science and knowledge he be even better then he was in 1990s, Josua very good both aggressive but Tongans are more aggressive then Fijians....Lomu hot timed 100m in 10.7sec and Josua 90m in 10sec... Jonah Lomu is GOAT of rugby

5:38 Literally had chills down my spine💀
Bro got steamed rolled twice in that game 😅
I know islanders are big strong folks....but what the hell makes them so damn unstoppable??? I remember in my HS some of the islanders who weren't even 5'10 could run through people bigger than them.
Much higher proportions of fast twitch muscles. That's why even their forwards often have lethal footwork and fends, as well as good speed for their size.
They also grow up living and breathing footy, and they always go for plays like the big 'bump-off' so they get used to running 100% into tackles and trying to absolutely embarrass defenders. Played a couple of games in Samoa and it often seems like the crowd cared far more about exciting moments (steps, huge tackles, huge tackle busts) than they did about the final result.
I think it’s just the mindset… btw I’ve also seen some big islanders who couldn’t run thru anyone. It’s all in the mind.
In some international games, Tuisova doesn’t make any good runs at all.
a nice horse meal and kava is the secret mate.
His heart is bigger than a anything else that he has to offer
He definitely has an enlarged heart.
The 332 dislikes 👎🏽 of this video are all the guys he ran over in these highlights😂😂..

I'm sure I'm only about the 10,000,000th person to think how much money this guy could have made in American football and how amazing his career would have been.
This may not translate into success in American football like it would appear to but I see your point.
You can definitely tell bro is from the South Pacific 💪 them buuls are the largest people on this planet

@@NoRockinMansLand oh yeah, South Pacific buuls are definitely unique lol

His tackles are a lot more devastating than his hits. Everyone going high above the knees just bounce off like raindrops.
