I was going to mention the T-shirt folding board. They work great trying to find where I can get them wholesale for a reasonable price. Would be great for trade shows because you can sell them along with your t-shirts and they are also a attention getter.

nah i rarely do multi color htv. too time consuming hahaha. theres alot of vids on YT about layering techniques. the one i watch a lady doing a Harley Davidson logo.

It's funny that you had to make a video on how you fold a t-shirts...my asian mom showed me at 5 years old and made me fold laundry as a chore until I moved out...fold my laundry once it gets out of the dryer to this day! Never understood why you wouldn't unless you like ironing or you just like wrinkles in your clothes...

I fold mine the same way except I grab at the top of the sleeve so when you fold toward the middle the sleeve drops into place saves 2 moves

Big Brandoh!! Thanks for spreading the wealth. I've been pressing shirts for about a year now. Is there a way to get rid or limit the press marks from the press around the design on a finished shirt? The press marks drives me nuts to look at.
discoloration or indentation from transfer edges?
I noticed with the poly blends the discoloration will fade but the indetation not so much. I try to snap it out the best I can. Is this just a downside for using a press? VS screen print.
might be your pressure. is this when you are using HTV or plastisol transfers?
Bruh..i need that flip folder in my life lol. Had a question..is it bad to fold the design and how long after you press a shirt should you wait to fold and package or can you do it right after the shirt has cooled down? Thanks brother for the help
i press all my shirts for the day, fold'em right after to ship them all out. it cools quick.

i got you. fold up your hoodie, take a ruler, measure the hoodie while its folded. buy poly bags that fit those measurements.

Hey, big brandoh. I enjoy watching videos, great information. I have my first order and it ships from SC to NJ. The cost to ship is $9.85! Do the customer pay the full $9.85 or a percentage of that and I pay the rest?
you charge what you wanna charge. its all up to you. do you wanna eat the cost of shipping to give the customer a better experience? are you gona do this for all customers?
When you post a t-shirt on social media, do you add the price? And if you do.. should you add free shipping/shipping included? What do you do when you post on Instagram?

25 cents for the transfer $10 for the hoodie. easy call. you can charge $25 - $30 for a hoodie and win all day.

same bags same folding technique. biggest i offer for my brands is usually XXL on the rare occasion i offer XXXL but same bags and same folding

any HTV or Decal vinyl will work. check the links in my description box for the vinyl that i use. and i think theyre offering FREE shipping right now too on all orders.
remember to but HTV based on the material you plan on pressing on. if you press on 100% cotton shirts, buy HTV made for 100% cotton. If you tried to use that same htv made for cotton on Nylon. it will not work. different materials require different application settings and adhesive formulas.

you buy whatever HTV is made for 50/50 blend shirts
I’m using the flip Folder and I still can’t get it into a 9 x 12 plastic covers
your flip folder might not fold to 9x12. fold one shirt and measure it to see what size it folds too, buy bags to those measurements. it might fold to 10x13 or something like that.

I have that blue tool that I got from amazon, it said it would be adult sized, they sent me a child’s size tool. I can’t send it back
they wont let you return it?
Many people complain that the tool is smaller than their clothes and therefore doesn't work. This isn't usually the case, they just don't follow the directions and fold the excess at the bottom up first.
