I adore Francesca's Angel Dust. Such an exquisite scent. If this new one is as evocative, I'm keen to try it. Her other two are lovely, I must add!

Hi Pep! What happend with your background? Nice see you reviewing this scent. I remember Francesca presented one version of this scent in Pitti Fragranze and I am looking forward to smell the final creation and to review it. I really enjoy her work, it absolutely matches with my taste. Like your description! Haven't seen Sebastian's and Lola's one. Do they find it challenging? Your way of describing scents is appealing to me. You are one of a few reviewers I watch. BTW, Francescas fragrances are really very long lasting!

Great review. It does sound like you were moved by this scent and to me thats what makes a perfume worth it.
I thought this was a very beautiful blend, and actually somewhat wearable. It does smell like she uses real Mysore sandalwood which is a plus for a santal freak like me.
Masque Milano's Montecristo and LM Parfums Hard Leather are close siblings to Under My Skin (they share a similar central accord). But those 2 are seriously hardcore animalic but i figure you might be interested in sampling those 2 based on similarities. Under My Skin is the (much) more elegant and wearable sibling. I'm seriously considering getting a bottle for myself.

Ok I received my samples and I need more time with them, but Under My Skin is not as intimate as I thought it would be-maybe it’s the lavender but this reminds me of shaving cream. Both this and Sex and the Sea share a saltiness/ambergris, which is nice, as well as I think iris in both? Not as animalic as I expected, but maybe further testing reveals more.
Very interested in this one. No worries of cold weather performance here in South Florida. Wonder how this would perform on my sponge skin.

I really enjoyed your take on it. Very descriptive review, but not in a vulgar way by any means ... rather erotic I'd say, like a silent contemplation of Titian's Venus and Adonis.

No this is not one for me. Sticky Fingers is more my taste. Under my skin is weird. It’s not bad, just not full bottle worthy. You described it perfectly. And it’s why I don’t like it. I don’t want to smell like this “perfume”
Yet another wonderful review! I tried the sample of this, and together with the black knight and lovers story, it is part of the trio, that brings an existential vibe to the table. It is carnal and almost smells like hospital in the beginning. Yet it is nothing but beautiful and sexy and life appreciating indeed. Also babies are born in hospitals. Lives are saved, but not always... There is power and fragility, life and death woven into it. Where as the black knight is like more theatrical in a way, but goes in the same direction I think. TBK somehow reminded me of don Quixote, which is funny, pathetic and but every bit as existential and humane.... And the lovers story is the most hedonistic and comforting but still.... Vulnerable . All beautiful pieces of art. Not edgy or challenging at all. Just very-very real.... I love, that there is no show off in the FB frags, that I´ve tried. Best whishes!
After smelling all the samples from Francesca line, I bought this one Under My Skin ( my fav. 😘❤️💯👌🏼 ) and Sex and the Sea Neroli. Love love the smell, it’s sexy, sensual and attractive. 🥰

Hi, I love your review. I am looking for a scent that evokes these feelings, so I'm excited to buy a sample. Have you tried it in cold weather now? it's super cold and snowy where I am, and I thinking it might be a good one in winter, more so than " Sex and the Sea". Could I please have your opinion?

I own UMS, Etruscan Water and SS Neroli and I love them - right now I'm wearing UMS. But reviews based on samples are pointless, because u don't know what the real spray is like. U r not bad, but I trust only reviews on fragrances bought by the reviewer.
So basically reviews should only be done with a full bottle?
