Being a new e-bike owner my default thoughts are always to the computer and not the mechanical issues like this. I especially like your block and tackle method of raising the bike. I can't lift my e-bike onto my workbench like with my other bikes and find sitting on the floor less enjoyable to do cleaning and maintenance than when I was a few decades younger. You threw me for a loop. I had to watch the video again. I was explaining that the magnet sensor calculates the speed that the wheel turns, which is cadence. The torque sensor is situated in the bottom bracket.
