Hallo, habe bei ebay einen defekten Akku gekauft. Es gab Hoffnung, die 18650-Zellen zu ersetzen, aber die Platine stellte sich als fehlerhaft heraus. Ich habe dieses zerstörte Element durch ein Loch ersetzt, das Sie im Video zeigen, weil es auch zerstört wurde. Danach fing das Board wieder an, die Akkuladung anzuzeigen und lädt den Akku sogar regelmäßig auf, aber wenn ich es in das Fahrrad einbaue, passiert nichts. Der Computer lässt sich nicht einschalten. Kennen Sie den Grund? Vielleicht müssen Sie noch das Element ersetzen, das Sie als erstes im Video zeigen?
Do you have a system to test the battery is working without a bike to test
if you repair the bms you still are not sure it will work on the bike right?
or is there a system to overide the canbus handshake to use the battery or the bike without the canbus data?
I'm using an electrical load DL24P to test battery pack without Bosch BMS, but with an unprotected BMS. DL24P alone is limited to 150 W (while real motor is 250), but it is enough to perform the test and obtain estimation of remaining capacity.
@@harryboyer8858 i understand testing with electronic load bit that's before the bms so you still don't know if they bms works
Then, I'm using a 10S1P home made battery, in order to perform several BMS tests (diode, ...) , using videos on youtube made by HardwareJunkie (in German, but very very instructive).

Can you make a video about the classic line Bosch? I made a mistake connecting the balance cable first before connecting the power and a small 3 point component burnt out and I cannot find out what it is.

I have Bosch Athlet Ultimate 32V vacuum cleaner. When charged is plugged non leds flashing its like dead, but on battery flashing one led. What can be? Temperature sensor? Battery fully charged. Thank you

Es sieht neu aus, keine verbrannten ICs.
Aber mit 5 Volt zwischen den beiden Kondensatoren schalten sich die LEDs nicht ein. Die Shotky-Diode ist gut... Was könnte es sein?
Ich verwende ein 5 Volt Netzteil mit Amperemeter, es fließt kein Strom beim Anschließen der 5 Volt zwischen den Kondensatoren.

Yes that's what i do to but you still need and original bms for Bosch , i would like to swap the bms with another brand of even chinese bms
Very instructive, thank you. For a few BMS, when awaking the BMS as explained, 4 LED turn ON and not the last one. Is the BMS OK ?

My Bosch Powerpack 400 turned the system off while I was riding. It would restart and last about 15 seconds. Now it will will not charge and I read zero volts on the battery connector. When I plug it to the charger I see led #1 on continually and nothing else. The same condition after several hours on the charger. I tried to reset it by holding the button for 10 seconds and nothing has changed. If I just try to turn on the battery then led #1 lights briefly then goes out. It doesn’t seem completely dead but won’t charge either. ?? Thoughts?
Mine is the same, I haven’t found an answer yet…I bought a new 400 pack, but am determined to repair the first one, if you have any tips please put them on here.
Hi it sounds like you have a brak in your battery, check your contact in battery

I've repaired quite a lot of them. As long as the CPU isn't shorted, it's in most cases perfectly possible to repair them. They do not lock.

How could you fixed ? Is possible so fix, when the TPS57160 is "shorted" , and has same output voltage than input? I think in this case the full battery voltage goes to contorller ICs?

@@balintn.8874 When the regulator passes 36V to the CPU the BMS is smoked. Luckily this does not happen in most of the cases (except for the power tubes…). Components that fail often are 5V regulator, diode of the regulator and CAN-ic.
Water damage is repairable is most cases, when you don’t wait to long (it starts with a corroded via or main switch).
@@wim4245 Thanks for your replay, i merasured 6 ohm "sortcut" on the 3.3 volt line, this is the power rail of the MCU. i connect 1,8 Volt to this line, then the MCU started to get hot. I don't remove the MCU yet, to check. do you know anything about the "legend", when disconnect the batterys, the MCU "kill" itself ?

I have a battery that switches off after riding for a few minutes. I'm inclined to think it's a temperature issue due to bad cells. But perhaps it could be something with the bms. Do you have any thoughts on this?
@johan A Bosch powerpack? Do you get an error message (like 640)?
@@wim4245 no no error message. Sometimes the km/h reading shuts off including all power for a few seconds. Or the unit just switches off
@@johanmartinsson680 Sounds like a bad connection in the connector or wiring loom. Could also be the early stage of water damage.
Weis du wo kann ich ,neue Bosch circuit Klein board kaufen,fur repeater,fur Bosch 400/500 Accu
I think &realized there is most of time no connection between Positive of Accu to positive of circuit board,some where diods or chips damaged of not working.What happens if charged accuse are directly connected to Mains of Bike without circuit board.
