Wow Kristin, your expertise is just amazing. THANK YOU so much for sharing and making this video, as well as, showing how to read a chart! I've never been successful in this area of crocheting, reading charts, but you make it look so easy. I love the beautiful lace piece to add to clothing, I have many sleeveless blouses and dresses that I usually wear shrugs with since I don't feel comfortable going sleeveless, now I have these to make in place of the shrugs, and I believe they will enhance the look of the article of clothing I place these gorgeous lace pieces on! THANK YOU AGAIN for sharing your talented gift of crochet!!
Back in my (olden) days during the late seventies, we called these “angel sleeves”😇! Thanks for creating this pattern and tutorial, I’d forgotten how much I loved this look 👀!💜
Super pretty. I'm a brand new beginner at 59! I tried it when I was younger and it didn't look great because of my tension, and I gave up. However, due to health issues I have an abundance of time...And I have my first grandbaby coming and less than 2 months ☺️🙌. So I've started all over again I've made three little baby blankets, very basic 😉. I've been watching your channel and was really struggling with understanding the cluster but having seen now probably two or three of your videos including it, I'm getting a mental handle on it. You are so good at explanation and your patterns and projects are so pretty. I'm not quite ready for many of them but they're in my playlist. My thought is Evie, my granddaughter, will grow and Grandma here will get better at crocheting and make her lots of cute things 🤗💛🌻 Thank you so much ☺️
I've been doing that as well. Since at 59 I've decided to try crocheting again I buy cheap yarn just to get the stitches down and muscle memory. I wish I'd done that when I was in middle school and I wouldn't have given up. ☺️👍
I love love love this. I like summer tanks but don’t like my arms being so exposed (mid 50’s I am🤗) so this is perfect. I wish I could afford your yarn Kristen, one day I hope). I am making this as I am writing. So easy and so well taught. Thank you again.
Beautiful sleeves! I'm looking forward to seeing a longer version as well! Great color yarn and it matches your dress perfectly. Happy 500th video, and I'm looking forward to 500 more!!
Great idea, I am one of those who think most upper arms need a little something on them for camouflage since the arms tend to start losing their more defined look as we age. Obviously not everyone will agree but these will go a long way in hiding the upper arm without adding much in warmth on a hot summer day.
Ingenious construction of crochet sleeves. Adding this to my Violeta for added cover🥰 thinking about putting a ruffle on the bottom of it too - do you have a video on adding ruffle designs? Thanks so much for empowering us, your fans👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Thank you for the free pattern. I am a knitter....is there a knit pattern that would give the same look? Love your dress!! 😍😍
I don't have a knit version of this pattern right now. But the shape could be created in knitting.
Beautiful sleeves !!! Does it have to be done in the bamboo or could you use any #1 fingering yarn ?
Any yarn!
Necesito tejerla pero que la explicación sea en español desde México
What size crochet hook are you using with this yarn please?
Video description has a link to the pattern page with all the details.
Thank you for a great tutorial
Is number 3 weight yarn ok for this project??
The photos are shown using #1 fingering weight yarn but you could try it and see if you like it!
This pattern looks small for my big arms. What do you suggest? Thank you for your feedback!
You can make it longer
Would crochet thread size 10 work for this pattern?
