That first mission "Border" reminds me in most parts for the DLC map "Departed" in Ghosts (also set in Mexico) - overall the same team at Neversoft was co-developing Ghosts with Raven Software and IW and all of the assets and things of NX1 got repurposed into Ghosts stuff - for example I watched a video of a guy playing multiplayer with System Link on a modded Xbox 360 (I cannot find the video anymore) and in MP was a Killstreak called "Rods of God", and was reworked into the LOKI/ODIN
I wish Activision/CoD devs weren`t so stingy with their games, especially the ones that don`t have reliable servers anymore. They would definitely bring in alot of the OG players as well as new players similar to how Fallout and The Elder Scroll series have modders that make essentially whole games within the game (notable Fallout London and Enderal for Skyrim). Its amazing how much work some people put into these game mods just for them to get shut down by the cod devs.
I remember years ago you being interested in playing a pre release version of COD4, I imagine the process would be very similar to getting this running if you still wanted to do that
I think the mission cut off like that in 15:46 is because probably that level is made of E3 showcase and they usually have it skip to another mission after that. It's probably why it's one of the more complete missions too

I think some of it is shader caching, but I've tweaked my emu settings for the next video and it should look better!

If you want the game to run better go to your configuration file in xenia and set video_standard to 3
