We in Canada are going into daylight saving Nov.3. Fall has fast approached, we are enjoying the lovely colours. Nice to you & the hounds out and about! 🍁🍂💛🧡🍂🍁🐾🐾🐾😁🇨🇦👍
NOOoooo not the deer antler ..dont take the deer antler 😉 boy howdy hounds can really raise a racket an make a fuss chewing on those things can't they ? 🤣
Note to North America: let’s just look at it like we are letting Flat Basset borrow an hour of daylight from us this year, they are very worthy and we know they’ll give it back when they’re done. I will think of it that way when it’s dark at 4pm! That’ll help, right? Right? 😳😳 Love your pack, thanks for sharing!
I love how Millie, Angus and Wallace each have their own personality, and they grow increasingly idiosyncratic as they age. Angus is such a great specimen of his breed. His face and jowls are perfectly proportioned. He's the Cary Grant of Bassets.
Basset hounds can be stubborn and need very consistent training. They're all different so there's no definite answer but persevere and your pup will get there. The method we've used is as soon as they wake up take them out, as soon as they are finished eating, the moment they stop playing. Catch them at the moments they would stop to pee and give lot's of praise when they go outside.
@@yesiamsam1445 Ty , strange for me cos i had Doberman , rottweiler , labrador they learned fast :) btw she is 3 month and almost learned to do it on paper.
those hounds have it pretty good.....
I always enjoy watching them play and have fun on their walks. Hugs for Millie, Angus and Wallace 🐶🐶🥰🥰💜💜
It's so nice to see the hounds out and about having fun being Bassets. 😀❤
I've only just noticed that another way of differentiating the hounds is the amount of white on their tail.
Their tails behave very differently too. Angus has a particularly long tail, Wallace's never stops wagging and Millie always keeps hers up in the air
Angus is saving time to get dinner faster, smart hounds
Three adorable but naughty hounds who keep you on your toes!
Idyllic.
I’ll be ready for daylight savings a month from now here in Virginia

I hope this doesn't throw off their sleep schedule. My Bassets needed about sixteen to eighteen hours of sleep per day. Thanks!
I wish I could sleep that much! 😆

When is bath day... best day of the week
Don't they resent the "new" meal times? Our basset was very unhappy whenever mealtimes were disrupted.
They take a few weeks to settle into it. Like toddlers and infants.
Boys let your Mom get some sleep 😊❤
So funny...Gus chews on his bone next to my bed every night and if I don't give it to him he won't go to sleep.😊
We are heading into fall, but temperature is still in high 80’s in Southern California.
You boys stop misbehaving and keeping Mom awake at night! 😳
Find it so strange that your going into spring summer and were going into winter in the uk. Short days, cold. The difference is polar opposite 😊
when do they learn pee outside ? mine is 3 month yet

@@Flatbasset thank you i will try
@@Flatbasset This is good advice for any dog breed!
Females are slower than males, my Starfish was nearly a year….as were other basset females. Try not to get frustrated!!
