- 1. Place a barbell across your upper traps, take a stance that is hip width and keep your chest high.
2. Drop into the bottom of a squat with force and explode back up keeping hips level
3. Upon landing, soften the knees to absorb the force and stand back up tall
6. Repeat for the designated repetitions.
