How Vito can do all this work on a concrete/black top surface in a parking lot without a lift only shows both how talented and determined he is at restoring these cars. I wish he lived on the East Coast near me cause I would be hiring him to help me if I buy one of these cars. Awesome video.
Hi Vito! Awesome video as always! That W123 will last forever, that's awesome! I have one question for ya: what socket wrench did you use to remove the fuel strainer? Thanks!
Hi Andre! Thank you very much! I used a 1 13/16in socket (or 46mm) to remove the fuel tank screen. I lowered the differential a little bit to get better access🤝
I love your work, but have never been a fan of the grease slather. Yeah it works, but so messy and bad for the environment in the long run. There must be a better way.
There are no better anti rust products. My grandpa used to do it to his car in the 1960s and that car never ever rusted. Rubberized undercoating and other products are not good. Fluid film and grease is the way to go. And trust me, it doesn’t do any harm to the environment. I also work on fighter jets and considering how much fuel they dump into the ocean before they land is tremendous. The grease that I put on all cars stays on them and doesn’t go anywhere

Oh the "bomb" spring i I was a little scared when I took out my front springs to change lower and tension bar bushings😮
True. They’re super heavy and dangerous. I have a Mercedes spring compressor which helps out a lot
Hey do a full video of V8 W126 valve stem seal replacement without heads off please 🥺
With the heads on? On M116 that’s hard to do and dangerous if your drop the valve in. A lot easier to remove the cylinder heads to do that
Умница,Вито,такие работы проделал.Золотые руки у тебя.Молодец!!!
