That’s probably because of the openness of the tug boat. All the windows and doors were removed, which allowed water to flow evenly through the ship. had anything been closed resealed off it would cause an upset in the balance of air and water, which would likely cause a list to either side. but because the tugboat was open and hollow water, was able to flow evenly into the tugboat, and bring it down, straightforward by the bow without a list to starboard or port

According to the video this recording took place in May 2009 so I’m guessing it took place during that time but it’s only an educated guess
