- This is officially my first ever blog. Decided to do some "behind the scenes" in my third European Cross Country Championship in Tilburg, Netherlands in December. Enjoy!

Added English subtitles yesterday, they just need to be approved by other users or Jakob himself. So if you go in and approve the English subs the process will go faster.
Added English subs for the vid yesterday, already mentioned this in another comment, but Jakob himself or other users have to approve the subtitles before they are added. So if someone has the time to pop in and OK the subtitles, that will make the process go faster.
To approve the subtitles that are added, you have to press «add subtitles» in «settings» on the video, then choose English and press «edit» then if the subtitles are added you’re asked to approve them by pressing a button saying «this looks good». But the subtitles are approved now, so maybe next time

@Andreas Sagen It's his brother Ola, who is is in charge of editing the video the one that does all the subtitles thing. :)
Hello Jakob and Family. Few months I saw a video of you winning in Cross Country. It was impressive. So the youtube suggested me more videos of you, and so I saw you, Filip and Henrik competing together. Finally TH-cam showed me the series TEAM INGEBRIGTSEN. Oh My! What a family. I have learned about trainment and discipline, commitment, focus, determination, and the ability of reborn, of go throught bad moments, like cirurgy, injuries, and be able to return to the top.
I am just an amateur marathon runner from Brazil. Your family has inspired me to improve a bit, and I hope to reach my goals, as if Gjert was watching by the fence, saying the right words.
Pity some videos doesn´t have subtitles in English, but it is not a big problem. I can understand by the scenes.
Please, give my best wishes to your parents and all your siblings, and I wish you a brilliant career.
( PS: I sent friend request to your parents and Filip on Facebook...but I understand if they don´t accept it )

Jakob, my grandmother's maiden name was Ingebrigtsen. And we have cousins in Norway still. I ran 1:53(800) and 4:09(mile) in high school but became injured in college (1970's). Our lineage probably crosses paths somewhere along the lines. Good to see the running talent surviving within our genetics. Good luck in your life and career.

@@bobbyfessler2196 there are many elements to successfully training yourself for high intensity competition. Rest was always my secret weapon. A young body can take a lot. But eventually even the strongest athlete must rest. Overtraining leads to injury or sickness or even a bad attitude. You must rest. So you can learn to battle on the days designed for battle. You NEVER win anything at practice. Rest.

Can you put up English subtitles? A very large number of people speak English Worldwide, so you'll probably get a lot more views which will help the channel grow. Me no speak Norwegian.
