Congratulations 👏 I'm 16 weeks along myself. Just try to not do anything strenuous. Drink water and eat all those good foods ^_^ are you taking prenatal supplements yet? :) I'm also taking fish oil to help the babies brain develop.
Keto and fasting has helped a tremendous amount of women get pregnant and give birth to healthy children. Up to 60% less chance of preeclampsia too. Obviously fasting while pregnant isn't advised(beyond 12 hours) but modified keto is totally safe. My wife and I tried for 12 years and only after 6 months of this lifestyle she easily got pregnant and so far has remained viable. My wife HAD PCOS and the Dr said she was "cured" of it.

lol when they said it ends in the second trimester... they were speaking for themselves. i never got it the first trimester threw up the first time at 13 weeks and still am just not severely but the second trimester is when you learn what you like and definitely won't eat again 😂

I'm now 35 weeks. It's been a tumultuous pregnancy. Was diagnosed with fibroids and had to be hospitalized at 26 weeks and now at 35 weeks I was hospitalized because I went into preterm labour. My gynecologist is just pushing for 37 weeks with very close monitoring. I'm so tired now and I can't wait to meet baby by God's grace 😇

@@C_Ariss I did get a lot of cramping early pregnancy that worried me, but it is literally your uterus expanding and so it will hurt. However, I would recommend talking to your midwife and keeping an eye on it, especially if you start to notice any bleeding. Xx

I must say a hearty Thank You to the team that put this series together. I'm 5 mths pregnant with my 1st child at 36 (just had a birthday yesterday) and I actually watched the 2nd and 3rd trimester videos Saturday and loved them. Even though I'm passed this stage, I still wanted to come look at this and relive what I've survived thus far. I especially what to show gratitude for the mention of Pregnacy Rhinitis, which I had never heard of before but heard about in the 2nd trimester video and then had happen to me the next day on my birthday. I'm now 35 weeks. It's been a tumultuous pregnancy. Was diagnosed with fibroids and had to be hospitalized at 26 weeks and now at 35 weeks I was hospitalized because I went into preterm labour. My gynecologist is just pushing for 37 weeks with very close monitoring. I'm so tired now and I can't wait to meet baby by God's grace 😇

Yaaaay this was so me, I called the fertility clinic after hours, they left me a voicemail to make an appointment next week I missed my period and took the test 3 days later. Postiveeeeee. I'm so excited but only 5 weeks so manifesting a healthy full term pregnancy for us all 💛🤗👣

Really? Like I saw the sac about 4 weeks but I started spotting and I got scared so I went to the hospital they stuck the ultrasound inside me and I finally was about to see the baby I was about 5 weeks 6days
I know If it's just the ultrasound on the stomach you dont really see anything the one that's better is the one they actually stick inside you
I found out at week 4 that I was pregnant and came back every week to watch each part lol. Now I’m at the end of week 12. So ready for the second trimester 😂💙

I'm 4 weeks and had three ten minute episodes of cramps so far, all of which were as strong as my worst period pain. What was your experience with the cramps? I'm a bit worried but Dr brushed me off..
@@C_Ariss I did get a lot of cramping early pregnancy that worried me, but it is literally your uterus expanding and so it will hurt. However, I would recommend talking to your midwife and keeping an eye on it, especially if you start to notice any bleeding. Xx

I must say a hearty Thank You to the team that put this series together. I'm 5 mths pregnant with my 1st child at 36 (just had a birthday yesterday) and I actually watched the 2nd and 3rd trimester videos Saturday and loved them. Even though I'm passed this stage, I still wanted to come look at this and relive what I've survived thus far. I especially what to show gratitude for the mention of Pregnacy Rhinitis, which I had never heard of before but heard about in the 2nd trimester video and then had happen to me the next day on my birthday. I was able to get help for it and and doing a bit better. Much ❤ Today's Parent 🎉.
