HOW FAST CAN I SPEED RUN POKEMON HEART GOLD casually

So i had an idea where i wanted to catch all possible encounters in a single copy of HG BUT in a new save file, not the one i used to Nuzlocke this game so i decided i was gonna beat this game with only 6 Pokémon AND NO RARE CANDYS but i would have to play this game over again so i tried to beat this game as fast as i can so that i can start working on that idea i had. So i had a thought why not make a vid about this lol
