Finally got to play the game, it’s great fun and an even greater challenge. Collectibles and trying to unlock my inner speedrrunner invite the player to keep at it. And simply amazing how much thought you guys put into the platforming - giving me dark souls 1 developers kinda vibe. Can’t wait for the finished game, keep up the great work :)
My two cents: -Your game seems to have a lot of vertical exploration(which imo is pretty good). You may want to move the rooms_left bar to either side so that it doesn't clout the visuals -The manga panels are an optional collectible right? I would urge you to consider the chance to make it show up only at the start of the level/level selector and/or when you pick one page up. That way you make sure people aren't confused about if the level goal is to finish the track or to collect all three pages. Overall it's a very simple UI, I like it! Great work as always!
