Hello, what do you do with the seed/ pit the plant stems from? I have planted the plant with the seed half exposed and it seems like it’s time to replant the teenage? avocado tree. The seed is looking pretty rough but the stem is starting to look like it’s getting tree bark brown/ textures! When I re-plant do I remove the seed or put the seed completely under the soil this time?

Great question. :)
Just bury it under some soil it will eventually organically degrade as the roots solidifies and increases in size
