All guard pay is paid normal 10 days after you drill. Exception is Annual Training in which you will normally get paid on the Thursday for the Orders/Training ends. You can google military reserve/drill pay dates to see the dates the guard/reserve pay out. Generally it’s every Tuesday and Thursday. In the Guard you Commander certifies pay at the end of Drill and your Admin NCO will input pay the last day of Drill or next Business day. Generally your 10 day count starts there. If you have not received pay within 10 days of Drill or have an LES showing in MYPAY notify you CoC and contact your Admin NCO to trade down the issue
Are you in Phase 3 now or still Phase 2? Thanks for the informative vids :) Quick question - when you are away for Phase 1, do you get better living conditions than BCT or is it pretty much the same as far as barracks, communal showers and stuffs like that?
Just returned from Phase 3 at Ft. Lewis earlier today --- Phase 1 barracks for me were communal showers in one set of barracks but all others had stall showers. Pretty typical Army barracks with an open bay and a wall locker. Just depends on what barracks your platoon is assigned to!
In OCS you are paid as E5 unless you were prior service in which you keep your current rank pay. If you are not prior service and go to BCT, you will be a specialist during those 10 weeks and paid as E4

Pretty close - thats what I got paid about every two weeks while at BCT
And unless they changed things since Class 53, OCS candidates should be paid as an E6 unless you are an E7 or higher at the start of OCS.

Hello - Do you get paid BAH if you go to OCS? Like in basic, you get basic pay + BAH.
BAH is paid for Federal OCS, it is not paid for State OCS
You should get BAH type II during Phase 1 and 3.
