Practice makes perfect and scrap is another fusers treasure!
That is so true about scrap. I have sent off 10 pounds ot beginning fusers in the last month, to help them get started, and that bit of scrap went a long way for them. I can't wait to use my scrap in vitrigraph!
awsome thank you for the unboxing. i cant wait to see what you do with your vitragraph. have a awsome day mate.
Thank you!
I’m so excited that we can play together! 😊
I still have to make my stand and get cinderblocks, but I'm there soon!
110v? Also, would you mind showing us how you drill the hole for vitro? Congratulations!!!
110v! I don't have anything bigger in my studio, although I would love it.
I'm not actually drilling a hole. I bought a bottom for the kiln, that it will rest on, made of vermiculite.

You’re scaring me! Kiln needs to be set on a stand or your base. Kiln will heat up and burn the wood underneath… yikes… stay safe, happy fusing
It never went above 100 degrees when I test fired it. I turned it off and all was well. I did put the base under it when I did a burn in, but I've only used it twice after that. I'm not wild about using it on a wooden base. I need to set up the rack for it and put it up, but I've been busy
