The "Little Horn" of Daniel 8 is not Papal Rome. It is the Greek Selucid King Antiochus Epiphanes. The origin of Papal Rome does not coincide with the date of 168 BC (as Ty shows in his presentation here). The Constantinian Shift mentioned here happened in the 4th century AD....and...Papal Rome didn't extist until about 500 AD.
