Love this recipe made it a couple of times and flavor is good and the sweetness level is perfect. The only recommendation I have is to NOT overmix aka mix just until combined for fudge brownies! Otherwise you will end up with cakey brownies.
Amazing recipe!! My boyfriend and I love these matcha brownies. I've made it several times because it's soo good! We like them undercooked in the middle for a more fudgy taste. Excited to try more of your recipes!
The middle/top part is literally raw....like seriously comes out underbaked...Idk about you but that is not the type of fudgy brownie I would eat..sorry
