What?? The pickups in the guitar I used are Alnico 2 magnets. This video isn't a comparison between ceramic & alnico magnets... It's a demonstration of a multi fx pedal.
Sounds great. What were you using for drums- a Beat Buddy? I have a nice RC-500 Roland Looper- it's an amazing bit of kit but the on-board percussion doesn't sound half as good as yours.
I have a question John, about when you had the Twiggy Blues and The Behringer TM300 ( I nabbed one on Amazon for £16, silly not to) in the signal chain what order were they in? I'm asking because I tried my Sonicake Rockstage (just using the reverb) and TM300 together last night, going into the clean channel on the front end of my Fender Champion 40 (using headphones so as not to disturb the neighbours). I found that having the guitar (HH Tele) going into the Rockstage (only using the Reverb) > TM300 > Amp it was very noisy (using an isolated power supply). However, when going guitar (HH Tele) > TM300 > Rockstage (only using Reverb) > Amp a lot less noise. Then I added a Noise Killer pedal after the Rockstage which wiped the noise out completely. The next logical step (to me anyhoo) is try My TC Electronics Reverb > TM300 > Amp to see what the noise is like
Thanks for the tip, John. Just bought the box. Can't wait to get my hands on it. Great Sell!
Ten seconds into your video, and I am cracking up at your T shirt! I want one!
Nice all in one for a Fendery blues package, while their other model looks after your humbuckers. Great mix.
Huh I was sure this would end up a modal lesson, but hey it was fun.
Here is a video comparing Alnico magnets and 1 Ceramic Pickup, interesting 👍👍🎸🎸

@@JRobsonGuitar I know, I just thought you might find it interesting, as you have talked about magnets before
Did you mean to include a link to a video in your comment, mate?
@@JRobsonGuitar yea sorry here’s the link th-cam.com/video/TyKS8WGcJ34/w-d-xo.html

Cheers mate. I use MK Power Drums. It's a free plug in that I use in my recording software 👍
