@@gina9517 Yes it's it's an amazing cream, I suggest you to use an oil or a serum like that it would be easier to apply it . Here I live in Europe and we use the Euopean version
We still need Nivea because none of those new antioxidants and other ingredients are shown to have any significant effect on skin health or aging. They're mostly marketing scams. Nivea is simple, affordable, well formulated, and works wonders in protecting skin's barrier.
Been using Nivea creme for 12 yrs. I'm 45 yrs old and everyone thought Im only in my late 20's or early 30's. Nivea creme is simple, effective and thick that beats any other high- end brands in the market!
I disagree here….. Nivea cream has always been around the house while growing up. But I started using it at my early 30s during cold and dry seasons. I take a big dollop and massage my whole face and neck and eyes for few minutes and then go to sleep after 30 mins. Am in the early 40s now and I am happy with my skin…. Barely have wrinkles. Plus no sagging maybe cos I message my face daily with Nivea.
This is literally the best cream I ever use on my face . I usually use it like sleeping cream And the effect is super good the next day I woke up and the skin feel flawless throughout the day even when I don't apply anything .

I’ve been using Nivea for years, simply is because I couldn’t find anything else that’s moisturize as this one. My skin is super dry I guess, it absorbed so nicely. But thanks for recommending first aid repair cream, I’ll definitely give it a try~
Nivea is the best.. we used it (purchased ourselves) in nursing homes to treat bum rash .. its a staple in my life and nothing ive used has been able to compare
I like that Nivea crème’s ingredients are pretty straightforward, modern moisturizers have 3 times the ingredients, and ingredients that’s don’t do anything for your skin and just used for marketing, like collagen, or some ceramide/peptide creams. Everytime I tried a new moisturizer I always end up going back to Nivea 😂 it’s just me though 🤷♂️
My face is glowing and so healthy looking. I always get compliments. I also cover my arms and legs with it. Husband uses it on his eczema and it does wonders.
My mom used it for more than 30yrs and died at 84 without wrinkles and a baby soft skin. It is affordable for everyone. Check out all the chemicals in those fancy creams some of which one can barely pronounce. I will stick to this
I use Ziaja sensitive face wash and Nivea creme. I have oily skin and this creme never breaks me out. I started to use it recently, have been using light moisturizer before that and can definitely see a difference. My skin is evidently moistruisied. Before it was saggy and looked tired, old. Will continue to use it as long as it's produced. I was religiously using it throughout my 20es and stopped few years ago. Wish I used it all this time. I really love it.
I remember nivea cuz my mom always uses it when i was a kid, but now when i use it on my face, my face starts to get really itchy specially on my forehead. So I decided i would just use it for my hands.
I used Nivea cream that's made in Germany 😊 my sensitive skin love it been using it since I'm in high school People doesn't believe that I'm 47 years old.😊
I been using Nivea cream (eu verson, German) all my life. Best cream for taking off makeup, my eyes love it and skin around my eyes. If it gets in my eyes no problems. That is rare. For me it works. Why change something that works. I do use other stuff too, but this one is for taking makeup off and great for ends of my hair, and for hands, elbows ...any dry skin or hair. And it does not cost and arm and a leg to keep my wrinkles away.
I apply Nivea to my beard. It’s perfect. As my beard and skin is dry, tried different beard oils and balms but nothing worked until I used Nivea soft, and my beard is soft and nice. No itching or sore beard.
I live in the U.S.A. and my blue tin Nivea Creme does not have methylchloroisothiazolinone or methylisothiazolinone. I am very aware of both of these chemical and try hard to avoid products with these chemicals in them as my skin is sensitive to them.
I've been using Nivea for at least the last 40 years and I haven't had any issues. My face gets really dry and this is the only cream that I've found to work. I have no wrinkles and I don't look my age which is great! Interesting video though.

When u mentioned that Nivea doesn't have any of the good stuff like ceramides, peptides etc... Although I have used it during the day when the weather has been super cold and drying to my skin. So all in all, it usually just looking to simply moisturize with that last step in my routine. But maybe I'll make some changes and see what I think.
Funny thing is, i used all non irritating creams like kiehl's ultra facial cream, cetaphil cream and even the la roche posay toleriane cream. All famous safe for skin creams, but still burning my face. Redness and irritation when they claim to be for sensitive skin. But i can use nivea, the downside is it's to thick. But no burning or redness like i got from all those famous sensitive skin friendly brands. Very weird
I use Nivea soft cream and it works great on my sensitive oily acne prone skin. But in the winter i use "Nivea naturally good " night cream that is rich in argan oil but it selling just in Europe.
In South Africa, it is very affordable compared to the other drug store products! I couldn't find a face moisturizer for the evening because ALL of them were R100 or up, so I tried Nivea Creme (the tin for face and body) and my skin has been thanking me ever since,oh and I'm not a granny😂
I have dry skin and Nivea is the only moisturizer that works! I don’t mind the fragrance and texture. Honestly I stopped using it for a while and I regretted that ( back on it now) my face was flaked off and stiffened so I started using Nivea again and finally glowing and moisturized. Nivea is great for all ages but not for all skin types I recommend using Nivea for very dry, dry , and normal skin.
Have been using Nivea as my Italian 89 year old grandmother has since our teens. We both look much younger then our ages. I only use it under my eyes and on my neck. I am 45 and often mistaken for being in my early 30s even with natural grey hair lol
Nivea is my secret weapon. I wash my face, let it dry, put on peptides, moisturizer with ceremides, let that dye down a bit, and then add on nivea. Then sleep with it on. It's almost a mask type effect. My skin feels so soft and balanced the next morning.
I started using this on my face recently and it's the best cream I've ever tried. It makes my skin feel and look amazing. I also use it on other parts of my body when my skin feels really dry. No issues yet.
I just looked at the ingredient list for Nivea 16Oz Jar from Amazon US. No such ingredients listed on Amazon except for Lanolin. I still ordered it because haven’t tried it yet because of the lanolin. Hopefully i am not allergic to it!
Revolutionary isn't always better. At the end of the day, it's about what works, and Nivea works, unlike so many of the pricey revolutionary new creams
It is funny how you are concerned about the allergens in Nivea cream, but the alternative you mentioned is an essential oil, which is an allergen, too. I tried that cream one time and gave the worst stinging feeling. It is also way more expensive than Nivea.
I’ve been using Nivea lotion and Olay for a number of years now…..and at 64, i do not have any wrinkles on my face at present. 1 or 2 family members do say i still look young for my age. But, now…. I’ve changed tactics. I’ve started experimenting with cremes; and at the moment I’m using Nivea Creme; but it’s much tougher to massage onto my face.. as opposed to lotion ( much thinner). It does feel much better though. I’m also experimenting with E45 creme ( not as thick as Nivea creme) For my forehead… i use baby oil. And after I’ve had a bath.. i use Olay, to massage all over my body.. after having a body shave. All in all… i don’t look too bad for my age. No wrinkles as yet, that’s for sure. If the First Aid Beauty didnt have Eucalyptus in it, I might try it. I wish theyd stop putting that stuff in lotions. I cant even use basic Curel anymore because of it.
Why would you review the oldest version of any product and not (at the very least) compare it to the many options NIVEA offers now? Namely the one I use and can assure other men it is amazing "Men's skin care" has a light sent that my girlfriend loves, does not leave my "normal skin" greasy and has the Q10 skin firming additive, that really, really works for my mature skin. I was so surprised to see your negative reaction (over and over) to this company when they offer so many great products. I have to ask, why use all these tactics and openly push another product in the same video?
At 28 years old I still dont have wrinkles around my eyes compared to my friends who got many lines. To me, it's due to Nivea creme that I put every night before sleeping around my eyes and my lips
I love this creem. It healed my skin barrier when I was afraid of using my usual(Korean) skincare after a sun burn. It also more effective at winter than my other moisturiser from CeraVe.
tested on animals is the biggest reason why I stopped using this two years ago. if you see the effect of the cruelty that goes on testing products on animals you would defferntly stop with these products, if you don't then these companies will carry on
The reason is we are using fancy ingredients now for skin and labelling it as moisturizer which cant provide enough moisture to the skin and hence eveyone is going back to nivea (the only product which moisturizes dry skin for longer time ).Nivea soft for summers and hard for winters are the best..
55years old and always Nivea, compared to my friends that are a bit younger, I look less how can I say dried out?😂😂 the funny part is everybody asked me what do I use for cream when I tell them Nivea they don’t believe it anyway I think every skin is different. Use what you think is right for you. I guess.
This is not made for Normal to Oily skin (for obvious reasons), used this product for around a year every single day and didn’t realize how bad it was until I changed to another moisturizer. It definitely soaks into the skin well but DEFINITELY leaves an oil tint which I didn’t even realize until I stopped use. Also why would you use a product that is a ton of allergens that will just annoy the skin when we live in an era where you can get better moisturizers for the same price that contain ceramides and spf. Glad I been researching skincare more or I would’ve been ignorant to alot of this.
I had blotch spots on my face and I break out when ever the seasons change I have tried highs and lows until I started using Nivea cream the German one I started me a daily and night routine wich consists of facial cleanings then I apply a highly brand serum to them I go in with coco butter by Nivea and coco butter by Palmer then I put on the Nivea cream n I must say my skin is popping and it’s back to normal but even better I will for ever keep Nivea in my beauty collection I don’t go any where with out Nivea cream it’s the best hands down
I am Danish and used it all my life like the rest of the women in my family. I am 50 and I do not have one single wrinkle yet, people think I'm in my 30's ☺
I never had a problem with nivia I do have sensative skins its the other loction that give more rashes nivia never had rashes think it depends on the person but also take light cool showers as really hot water cracks the skin and makes wrinkles this can make skin rashy.
No, no no!!!! You’ll have to pry my Nivea Creme out of my cold, dead hands!!!😂 I started using it after a 10 year hiatus & my more mature skin slurps it up. It’s also a wonderful makeup base. Marilyn & my Gram knew their stuff. I LOVE it too & won’t stop using it for nothing.❤😂
I love Nivea love the smell, texture and leaves my skin lovely and soft i use it everyday has a day cream and vaseline for night I have used so many creams in the past all promising the same things but they really don't work so why spend the money however we are all different has long has you moisturise daily then it's really down to your own personal choice
I agree we shouldn't have scent. But, have you ever heard of anyone having a scent issue , reaction with Nivea, nope. Have I heard of people developing sensitivity to more fancy ingredients and actives, yes lots of times. It's popular and so is astral another lanolin based ingredient because it's simple and works. I use the German version from time to time. Anyone who is serious into skin care uses serums for actives and SPF for 'day cream'. I use tretinoin or retinal and Nivea as it's so bland is a perfect night partner
It's not the thing to use anymore but honestly I love it I use it to take off my make up and as a mask my skin just lives it don't trash it when for some there is no comparison
Animal testing in the United States of America increased by 6% in 2021, with a total of 712,683 animals used in experiments according to our analysis of figures released by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). This includes 12,595 cats, 71,921 monkeys, and 44,847 dogs.Feb 24, 2023
I hate Nivea cream. 🤧 It's popular here in Germany so I gave it a chance two times but it always felt like my skin was dry afterwards and almost feeling too tight like being pulled. The light version does dry matte and creates some blurring effect because of that in comparison to other creams but it doesn't feel good. There are other creams like Linola, Cetaphil, Vichy which actually made my face feel really good. I don't get the hype and I think It's one of those things that are famous for being famous like Paris Hilton or the Eiffel tower.
It can be used for the face as well so long you can tolerate the ingredients mentioned. I always recommend patch testing new ingredients on the back of the neck first. Most people have no problem but if you’re in the market for a moisturizer, there are better options in my opinion. But it is entirely up to your preference. 😀
I have rosecea and sensitive skin. I use the german version. My skin can tolarate this fragrance no problem and the alcohol is not a problem at all either. A little strange because Nivea Soft burns and makes my skin turn extremely red. I can only use the original german one. I also use a serum under it for all the additional antioxidants
Have you ever used Ponds cold cream? If so, how did your skin react to that? I suspect I have rosacea and had to get Ponds cold cream fragrance free, due to irritation from the fragrance. Had no issues once I switched to fragrance free. So am hesitant to try Nivea on my face, due to the fragrance.
@@tryphenarose384 To be honest this is the only cream I can use that has fragrance. Nivea soft sounds like a better choice but it really irritated my skin immediataly after application so I can only use the original (german version) I have tried ponds a long time ago. I find that the nivea give me a better healthy glow for hours and I feel I get great moisture. Havent had break outs
This is interesting. I bought a nivea lotion in Tunisia and finished it some time ago and my skin was beautiful. Then i bought one in my own country and im breaking out constantly soooo time to find a new face lotion AGAIN.
I use Nivea creme and have done for around 20 years, I always say I am putting on my clown make up. I am a 45 year old guy and people always just assume I am in my 30's. I even put it on my feet sometimes and shove on a sock - it really clears up any rough or hard skin.
That ultra repair cream now has eucalyptus oil in it which I can't put on my face. So sad because it looks good otherwise. If only nivea and ultra repair had no fragrances or essential oils.
Guys i have no time for watching . Can someone PLEASE TELL ME do i apply it a little bit and leave it OR do i apply it a lot like a mask and then wash it off?? 🙌
Its hard to tell. It can be multifactorial. But tretinoin's side effects can be face irritation which may be a normal process of using such a heavy lifting ingredient. But if we are talking about the FAB ultra repair face moisturizer, it contains feverfew which not all skin types react well too. I hope this could help.

I am 60 years old. I have wrinkles on face and many wrinkles under my eyes. This cream is perfect for me ? Thanks
Use coconut oil and Nivea together. And of course, gently massage the face. it feels great
What is the ratio ? Thanks
If the First Aid Beauty didnt have Eucalyptus in it, I might try it. I wish theyd stop putting that stuff in lotions. I cant even use basic Curel anymore because of it.
Thanks for that input. Many others also share the same thoughts when it comes to the Eucalyptus.
@@ArsalanAspires Its strange. It never used to bother me. Yay old age, lol.
Unlike your friends 🤣😂😂😂 the friends should see this
@@evalinemwende515 I already told them but they keep saying they dont have time to take care of themself
How long have you been using Nivea?
@@mariem1438 Since I was 16
Same it’s the best
I love this creem. It healed my skin barrier when I was afraid of using my usual(Korean) skincare after a sun burn. It also more effective at winter than my other moisturiser from CeraVe.
I listened to the video but you mentioned a product you recommended quickly and only once. What was it!!! thanks
tested on animals is the biggest reason why I stopped using this two years ago. if you see the effect of the cruelty that goes on testing products on animals you would defferntly stop with these products, if you don't then these companies will carry on
Give us a break with that... Nivea creme is 100 years old formula. Tested on millions of people worldwide. It works. Your excuse is just dumb.
Iam a oily skin person. Can I use this bro.
I use it for my face and body hope it is good for face and body bro
I had blotch spots on my face and I break out when ever the seasons change I have tried highs and lows until I started using Nivea cream the German one I started me a daily and night routine wich consists of facial cleanings then I apply a highly brand serum to them I go in with coco butter by Nivea and coco butter by Palmer then I put on the Nivea cream n I must say my skin is popping and it’s back to normal but even better I will for ever keep Nivea in my beauty collection I don’t go any where with out Nivea cream it’s the best hands down
Can I use Nivya cream on day time and go to sunlight?
I am Danish and used it all my life like the rest of the women in my family. I am 50 and I do not have one single wrinkle yet, people think I'm in my 30's ☺
Impressive! 😃
I only use it on my hands for a hand cream
I love this product
Nivea creme
It is good for my feed lips and eyes
🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🔮
Is it good for dark spot?
its the best for face it made my skin clear and moisturized 24/7
but i am from europe so ig its different
Does it clog pores? Is it non-comedonic? Please answer.
Watch from 4:00 he explains both ur questions, next time...just watch the video please
I have been using it on my sensitive n dry skin without any complaints whatsoever and yes im not a granma 😅
😅
I never had a problem with nivia I do have sensative skins its the other loction that give more rashes nivia never had rashes think it depends on the person but also take light cool showers as really hot water cracks the skin and makes wrinkles this can make skin rashy.
I use Nivea cream swear to God it clears all my acne scars easily and people thought I’m still young
My skin is dry, has texture and scars from acne so I hope it will work. Have tried everything and nothing seems to work. I hav dry patches on my face
I love Nivea love the smell, texture and leaves my skin lovely and soft i use it everyday has a day cream and vaseline for night I have used so many creams in the past all promising the same things but they really don't work so why spend the money however we are all different has long has you moisturise daily then it's really down to your own personal choice
Thank you for your feedback. It's important to discover what works best for you. You are right. Wishing you utmost wellness Pauline.
I like your analogy! 😃
Which of the Nivea product is good for oily skin?
Nivea is a fantastic cream
Bro is it advice to use it for my face or only my body I just want to know please
It can be used for the face as well so long you can tolerate the ingredients mentioned. I always recommend patch testing new ingredients on the back of the neck first. Most people have no problem but if you’re in the market for a moisturizer, there are better options in my opinion. But it is entirely up to your preference. 😀
@@ArsalanAspires ok but if you can recommend any other type for me I will be happy I’m a black guy living in Europe
Is Nivea blue cream better for pigmentation?
Thanks for addressing this
Thanks for being here!
Would the Nivea in the US be as good as the one from Germany?
That ultra repair cream now has eucalyptus oil in it which I can't put on my face. So sad because it looks good otherwise. If only nivea and ultra repair had no fragrances or essential oils.
Whats the matter with eucalyptus oil? Im just curious idk if i use it or not in my current lotion, is it bad?
In german version u ll not find it😮
i use the Egyptian version i like how it moisturize my dry face in winter, but I really wish it was easier to spread on the skin.
I have combination skin which one should I use I’m considering trying this one for face & neck
Guys i have no time for watching . Can someone PLEASE TELL ME
do i apply it a little bit and leave it
OR
do i apply it a lot like a mask and then wash it off??
🙌
the former
Little bit, always.
I will never stop using Nivea.
I think nivea in canada is the german one? It doesnt have those 2 extra ingredients and ive never found it greasy
why does my face burn when I use first aid beauty moisturizer? after putting on clyndamiacin or tretinoin
If you are like me, it's the caprylyl glycol.
Sir this nivea can apply for face
Oh and I'm getting a cut from this other cream i'm plugging, but lets not mention that :/
I thought the same thing. 😂
DO YOU HAVE A CLEANER OPTION WHICH INCLUDES LANOLIN?
I just looked at the ingredient list for Nivea 16Oz Jar from Amazon US. No such ingredients listed on Amazon except for Lanolin. I still ordered it because I haven’t tried it yet because of the lanolin. Hopefully i am not allergic to it!
Everybody disagrees 😂
Great tips thanks 👍👍👍💜
I love it especially for winter months perfect for my skin, I just put some now
