omg I've had the dyson "dc23" I think the smaller version of the dc32 for about 5 years, after watching this video I've realized the problem with my vacuum was it smelled like burning cloth. I thought it was the washable filter but then i took it apart with the 4 screws and I found a hepa filter caked with dust. your the first person that showed and explained about the hepa filter. it's about $40 and I'm going to replace it/ buy it. thanks for the video, if you didn't make this video I would of not found out about the hepa filter, i would still think there was only one filter. thanks
Hi! I have been searching on You Tube for about 40 minutes, looking for a video to show me where the 'motor' is on this model LOL !! I finally came across your video, and lo and behold - there it is! Just next to the HEPA filter. More details in your title would have boosted search - thank you xx

Hi there the dyson dc 32 was a slightly newer version of the dyson dc 23. There very similar but there two differnt models
ok. Alors tu peux corriger le titre : Dyson 23 + 32 . filtre + HEPA
