Do u know what test u have to take to check Insulin Resistance ??Good andi.. i also did lot of research on type2 diabetes ..am maintaining with low carb diet. I do cheat meals now n then.. But it is required to eat healthy thru out life.. Diabetes can't be cured it is only reversible as long as we are on low carb..But sometimes yes initially when u detect and go for low carb for long time it will be cured..
