      I take only vitamin d3 and k2 regularly, the rest you should take only if you have a deficiency andi..

    మీరు రాత్రిపూట భారీ చక్కెర లేదా నూనె లేదా పిండి పదార్ధాలు తినకూడదని నిర్ధారించుకోండి. పిండి పదార్థాలు లేదా చక్కెరలు తినే ముందు ఫైబర్ ఉన్న ఆహారాన్ని తినండి, నూనె ఆహారాలు కాదు. కొన్ని నెలల్లో అన్నీ సెట్ అవుతాయి.
    Just make sure you dont eat heavy sugar or oil or carbs foods in night.
    Eat food with fiber before eating carbs or sugars, not oil foods. All will set in few months.
