This is very interesting. Seems like someone refused to let this project go to waste. They actually released it several years after SNK had stopped supporting the Neo Geo. From the information I could find, it seems like the game was completely finished for over 10 years before it got a release.
This is a game with a lost of messed up, jumbled up, broken English, with grammar and punctuation problems and a convoluted storyline. Otherwise, this game is not too bad at all.
