For millennia, there has been a bond between men and nature (which I believe was perfectly created by god). Just by spending time outside, we automatically get calmer, healthier and stronger. I've been a hiker since my earliest childhood and I feel it's part of my mission as a father to pass the love and respect for nature on to my children.
