Interesting use of trusses laying down sideways for roof purlins on that first long carport-like building outside. The windows in the front almost appear to be overhead garage doors; I wonder if it was originally a small garage, then got expanded a few times to add the larger space in back, the additional garages, and the front became office space? It's a real hodgepodge of buildings. My first thought was something auto-related. Is this at the end of the dead-end, or were there more businesses past this one? Nevermind, I think I found it via Google Satellite view, the address appears to be 905 W Cox Ave Lebanon, IN. Googling that brings up some documents asking for a zoning variance by the newer owners. There's a weird sort of corn-maze going through the field to the west of it. Many mysteries, thanks for sharing!
Hi architect here in the Chicago area who grew up in Kokomo and a little familiar with Indy. Browning is a contractor developer across from Keystone at rhe Crossing. Their website has a development called Park 65 at rhe southeast corner of Exit 139. Someone probably left the door open to let nature take its course though I'd think they would want to keep it locked for liability especially with their trailer out front letting the plaintiff's lawyer know who to chase.
@@dashborderlessmy old stomping ground. There’s a chocolate shop right there to the south on state rd 39 called Donaldson’s. It’s a family owned business since 1966 and they make all their chocolates there.
That looked like a farm implement.
I used to live in Lebanon and every time I go back for a visit I am amazed at how much it is “booming.”
