Hi hi I didn’t take that road, but I think you can turn to Woodlands Ave 7 then Woodlands Ave 4 then Admiralty Road W then you can find the Waterfront. 🤗Here is my Strava map but it’s a reverse route strava.app.link/KxOadDPn7lb
The PCNs are not inter-connected and cyclists still needs ride on the road take the risk to get to the PCN. Not a good design. Loose pieces of PCNs design.

I agree, it can be tricky to connect the PCNs!
