Thanks for going into great detail! As a brand new producer/ guitarist this was super helpful. I can make my own backing tracks, practice soloing, and create my on chord progressions on the guitar. I can produce, hit notes on the keys ( IN THE CORRECT KEY), and so much more. Can you sample in the paid version like in Serato Sample?

bro, how do you export your beat in serato studio into mp3 ? i need help...
@@bobby3616 If you look on the top left corner where the bpm is, you'll see a 3 widget icon. Click on that, expand the file option and you will see the options menu on display. From there you can start a new project, open a recent project, save project and also Export your project/song. When you click on Export Song it gives you the option to export the file as an mp3 or wav file, and you can also export your stems/track outs as well.
@@bobby3616 Another way to do it, is if you're already in song view and you've finished constructing your beat/song. Just look for the button that says Master on the bottom left, if you click that it will bring up another screen where you can mix and master the whole track entirely. Not only that but there's also a purple icon on the top right that says export song

Between FL and Ableton which one has a similar workflow to Serato studio? I’m looking for Edm, and couple of traps songs
Never used ableton. FL does have a step sequencer but I can’t say it has all the same features as serato. Serato is still developing as it’s a new DAW however it has some really easy to use, straight forward Functions that other daws just don’t have.
@@IAMLXGEND yeah, Serato studio is my first daw and I’ve been using it for a year but I kinda wanted to try out other stuff. I tried FL and I felt like it was kinda overwhelming the switching tabs and everything, although I really like the the drums sequencer that it had cuz it reminded me of Serato. Now I just got the trial of Ableton and even though it’s really easy to find everything, I still feel like I have some things missing in Ableton that Fl had over there. So Rn I honestly don’t know which one to pick. FL has a good drum rack plus the stock plug ins are really great, but Ableton it’s really great for adding fx and eqs and it’s more accessible.
So idk man, i feel like I still have the simplicity and workflow of Serato and that’s kinda what is keeping me from trying to learn other daws even though I really want to use something different.

Seems like there are only 8 slots for sample chopping. Can you make more than 8 chops? Does it come with Serato sample which allows 32 chops?
No, for now, it has 8 slots only and no, it doesn't come with Serato Sample. But of course you could load a long sample trice or more so you have enough cue points.
Late reply I know but there have been a lot of updates. You can use serato sample inside of. This daw and you have 16pads per track as well.
Man the app should be against the. I was able to import my Maschine samples as well. I’ve been checking out all the features and have been hooked. I wound up getting subscription. I gave up another daws subscription for this. 😂😂😂

Studio 1 does the same thing so are they cheating? Just make good music and save time! Plus make money with your new song you created. As long as it’s your creative idea to put multiple concepts together it’s not cheating. Cheating is someone who hates and doesn’t work. Your still working on your idea. Do you!

Yup it was and still is a time-stretching plug-in
You mean Serato Sample vst plugin which comes inside Serato Studio.
Serato Studio is a DAW. Anything before that was a separate plugin made by serato.
