Anil, even my husband's certificates were also laminated. Shouldn't be an issue. You only need photocopies of certificates to submit to Immigration. You don't need to submit any originals for Immigration or for jobs.

The restriction applies to only power banks and specific mobile models. You can carry travel adapter in either cabin or check in. It shouldn't matter.
