Hi Vicky, firstly congratulations for the offer. I would say the salary offered is quite good. Being a bachelor, you can save a lot. Markham is a very costly place to live though. You can look for affordable accommodation in Scarborough and commute to Markham for work. Most of Chinese community lives in Markham. Sure. Usually you find more IT jobs in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and Edmanton.
Also not to gold plate, there are good opportunities in software and IT jobs , but the competition is very intense and employers ask for Canadian education and Canadian experience. My software friends had a tough time landing in their first job even with Canadian education. I know some of them worked in warehouse for an year before cracking their first job. Some guys are lucky to get into the industry without much efforts. Opportunities exist along with constraints!

No it's not possible. PR is only for immediate family members (spouse and children). Parents and siblings are not included in PR

You need to research different universities before taking a call. People say UOT and University of British Columbia are some of the best universities here. Akka after get citizenship in canada can we move to The US on H1B(NOT ON TN VISA) after that we apply for green card ,so as now we are Canadian citizen can we get green card with in 1 or 2 years..
If your aim is to immigrate to US, I don't recommend you to move to Canada. Canadian Citizens won't be given H1B. As per Nafta agreement between US and Canada, Canadians can work in US on TN visa only. Immigrate to US from India on H1B and target Green Card rather.

Pravallika, not sure about MBA here. Why don't you think in lines of Ph.D here? If your academics are good, you will have high chances of getting stipend for research. Yochana, work permit approval / rejection is completely case specific. One of my friend is a Canadian Citizen and he married a girl from States. When they moved to Canada, he applied for her WP and it got rejected. So, we never know.
You might need to have a job offer from employer upfront to get a WP here. Fingers crossed and hope for the best. Software jobs are in demand in Canada. For specific jobs in your stream, please see the below video.
