Jacques Delors tribute at European Commission in Brussels - Statement Ursula von der Leyen

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has hosted a ceremony at the Berlaymont where leaders have paid final respects to her predecessor Jacques Delors, who died last month.
Delors, who championed the single market and the euro, argued that the only way to rebel against “the decline of Europe” was to forge a federal Europe with a strong European Parliament.
