I am Chinese.But I haven't eaten scorpions.I have eaten bee pupa, silkworm pupa, grasshopper and cicada pupa.Especially cicada pupa, is eaten in many places in China.If it is not cooked well, the belly of cicada pupa will taste very greasy and disgusting.It is really delicious to roll the spicy cicada pupa with pancakes.
Just visited Yunnan last month. Visited Stone Forest and Jade Dragon Snow Mt. among other places. It’s a great place. I hope I can go again one day and enjoy some more rustic experiences too.

the more frequent you give durian a try, it will eventually grow on you. I used to HATE durian, but after trying 3 times in my life of 10 years, I now really enjoy its flavour. It's like cheese, take time to appreciate those complex flavour
